There is construction nearby, clubs, and constant noise from cars. Sleeping at night is simply impossible.
The service is at rock bottom.
I asked to change the room so I could sleep peacefully, but they refused.
Dinner was a disaster: the food was cold, and the only drink available was water. There was basically nothing to eat.
I came for breakfast, but there was no food left at all, so I had to leave without eating anything.
In the end, I realized I couldn’t stay in this hotel for more than one night and left the next day.
So if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place with good service and proper hospitality, this is definitely not it. Everything here is bad, and the staff clearly doesn’t care or make any effort to help.

The common areas are kept immaculate, and the general staff consistently offers cheerful, attentive service that truly enhances the guest experience.
However, the absolute highlight of our stay and the reason for this review was the exceptional care provided by Mr. Rajkumar, a dedicated member of the housekeeping team.
Mr. Rajkumar is a true gentleman who defines what exceptional hospitality should be. His attention to detail in cleaning was meticulous.
More importantly, his kindness, hospitality, and proactive attitude went above and beyond his role. Whether we needed extra linens, local advice, or just a friendly face, Mr. Rajkumar was always there, ready to help with a genuine smile and immediate efficiency. He made a tangible difference in our overall comfort.
It is rare to encounter such a high level of consistent service combined with such genuine warmth.
The Donatello Hotel is a fantastic choice in Dubai, and the staff especially Mr Rajkumar is what elevates it to a five-star experience in personal care.
