Loved the long bathtub, first time am fully stretch in a hotel and am 181cm
Very tidy and clean. Very friendly and professional staff.

A very nice hotel, clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was good.

The value for money was decent, but the soundproofing wasn't great.

The secondary lock on my room door was broken. I was told they would either fix it or move me to another room, but by the next day, nothing had changed. It seems the staff didn't communicate the issue, and I was just told it was safe.

The shower door is only half-sized, so water sprays everywhere when showering.

Also, the showerhead adjustment is loose; it's fallen off several times, nearly hitting my head. I have to hold it, or it sprays too far, causing more water to escape.

On the third day, I gave feedback about these issues to the front desk. They asked when I'd be back, I said 8 PM, and then... nothing happened after that.

Service was otherwise fine; they were helpful in arranging taxis.

Great location in the old town, convenient for transport and dining!

Overall, it's pretty good, and the service is nice.

I just spent a week at the Ramada by Wyndham in Barsha Heights, and I honestly did not expect to feel this taken care of. The hotel itself is great, but the people working there are what make it truly special. They turned what could have been a simple stay into a warm, memorable experience that I will genuinely carry with me.

From the moment we arrived, Germae, Sahil, Collins, and Bhawna at the front desk made us feel not like guests, but like we were being welcomed home. Their kindness was real, not scripted hospitality. Every smile, every small gesture, every moment of help felt sincere. After long days, seeing their friendly faces instantly lifted our spirits.

At the restaurant, Varsha and Muhammad made every lunch and dinner feel comforting. They remembered our preferences, checked in on us with genuine care, and created an atmosphere that felt almost family-like. Their kindness set the emotional tone of our mornings and evenings.

And I cannot forget the housekeeping team, especially the gentleman who cleaned our room. I wish I remembered his name because he truly deserves recognition. Every day he left the room spotless, but also left a feeling of calm and kindness behind. His work, his smile, and the respect with which he carried himself made a bigger difference than he probably realizes.
