The food was excellent: breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all really good, with a wide and varied selection. The spa, pool, and gym are also great. Even though the gym is on the smaller side, the equipment is high quality. The jacuzzi is amazing, and the sauna is absolutely top-notch.
The room was very comfortable and the bed was excellent. On top of that, the hotel handled our urgent/unexpected circumstances extremely well and supported us with outstanding professionalism.
I 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

But the real highlight? The restaurant. Chef Hilal’s dishes are on another level entirely — we’re talking Michelin-worthy quality, with flavors and presentation that genuinely surprised me. The team — Sakthi and Sandeepa — delivered service that I can only describe as 7-star. Attentive, warm, and professional without being intrusive. They made the whole dining experience feel truly special.
If you’re staying in Al Barsha, this hotel is a no-brainer. Highly recommend.

Staff was amazing but rooms need deep cleaning.
Bathroom most especially. The bedroom countertops was also slightly dirty, but it probably hasn’t been used in a while.
It was also advertised to be noise proof, but i could still hear people from the hallways the cars outside.
