Orchid Hotel in Dubai

Review of Jan 2026. According to me the Stay at this hotel is worse. Except the location everything is worse. Check out time is confirmed but check in timing worse. They give the rooms at 16:00 or 17:00 hrs. Worse staff they fight with each other at the counter itself. Room Service is very pathetic. Rooms are small and unclean and dirty. All old model and even the bath tub is totally broken. No water bottels and room cleaning. DJ on 01st Floor and 07th Floor is very irritating. First they give rooms which is worse and then next day they will accomodate new room if we argue. Request, manners, respect, hospitability no were exists. Very Pathetic hotel and the staff.

Only one good and great thing is the Travel counter I mean the outside vendor Noor Al Falah team is excellent in the service concept. The hotel and the hotel team should learn from a small travel vendor how to treat the customers and what is customer satisfaction. Mr Masood and his team is exceptionaly good. Any tour package or tour related pls contact them.

Over all reviw worse hotel and worse management. Please dont even 1 single night at this hotel.

Worse hotel ever i have seen. It is more worse than any hotel in dubai what i feel. No Shampoo, tooth brush, slippers etc. Broken tiolets, broken bath tub, unclean rooms, dirty rooms. Hospitality, service all zero. Lacking of basic ethics. Staff itself fighting at the counter. Unattentative rude and mannerless staff. Breakfast is worse. 2 receipes, Oats, 1 fruit, Cofee thats it. ONly 1 single staff handling the complete breakfast session and due to his workload he is very rude with the guests. Irritating DJ. Worse management, Dirty rooms, Worse Breakfast, small unclean rooms, zero customer assistance these are their speciality.
Dont stay at all.

⚠️ Extremely Stressful and Disappointing Experience – Needs Management Attention
I booked a room at Orchid Hotel Deira through Agoda for 1 adult and 1 child (15 years old). While booking, I selected the extended bed option, which clearly mentioned that the child could stay free. I also have proof showing the reservation was made for two people.
However, upon arrival, the staff insisted that I had booked for only one person and demanded 500 AED extra for my child for five nights. After a long flight, with my daughter feeling unwell, instead of showing understanding, they continuously pressured us to pay. The situation was very stressful and uncomfortable. Due to the pressure, I had no choice but to pay 250 AED extra.
Additionally, I had clearly requested a non-smoking and non-noisy room, but I was given exactly the opposite. The room did not meet the requested conditions, which made our stay even more inconvenient and unpleasant.
This entire experience was extremely disappointing and caused unnecessary stress, especially as a mother traveling with a sick child.
I would like to address the Hotel Manager directly: please review this matter seriously. Proper communication, transparency, and respect towards guests are essential. Families should not face this kind of treatment after making clear bookings and requests.
I sincerely hope management takes responsibility .

⚠️ WARNING: THEFT RISK – DO NOT STAY HERE ⚠️
I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights starting on November 24, 2025. My experience was so bad that I feel morally obligated to write this review to prevent others from going through the same nightmare.
1️⃣ THEFT FROM MY ROOM BY HOUSEKEEPING STAFF
Items I purchased were stolen directly from my room by the housekeeping staff. I provided clear evidence, documentation, and even sent official emails, yet the hotel management showed complete indifference and took zero responsibility.
This single incident is more than enough to prove that security and honesty do not exist in this hotel.
If you value your belongings even slightly, do not choose this hotel.
2️⃣ DISASTROUS AND INSULTING BREAKFAST
The breakfast here is an absolute disaster. During five days of stay, not once was cheese offered — unbelievable.
The breakfast is clearly designed only for Indian guests:
• Pasta
• Samosas
• Extremely spicy food
• No proper bread whatsoever
If you are not Indian, breakfast will be practically inedible.
This is not breakfast — it’s morning torture.
3️⃣ DISCO NOISE UNTIL LATE AT NIGHT
If your room is on floors 1, 2, or 3, be prepared for loud disco music shaking your room.
Sleep? Rest? Peace?
Forget it. None of that exists here.
4. I also noticed small cockroaches in the hotel, which clearly indicates poor hygiene and maintenance.

❗ The only “positive” point (and barely one):
The hotel is close to Al Rigga Metro Station, but this is not a real advantage since there are dozens of similar (and better) hotels in Deira.
If metro access matters, staying near City Centre Metro Station is a far better choice for both convenience and shopping.

⚠️ FINAL VERDICT:
If you are absolutely forced (and I really mean forced) to stay here:
• ❌ Do NOT allow room cleaning if you don’t want your belongings stolen
• ❌ Avoid rooms on floors 1–3 at all costs
• ❌ Do not rely on breakfast whatsoever
But my honest and serious advice:
Remove this hotel from your list entirely.
It lacks security, lacks respect for guests, and the experience is nowhere near worth the money you pay.
🚫 Choose literally any other hotel.

This hotel rating 8.0 is completely not suitable for family, because the thunderstorm disco sound is last every night from 11pm to 4am. And breakfast is very limited choice plus the staff in restaurant is not allow using mobile during breakfast time. This is really first time to hear restaurant is only allowed for eating. Any one inside restaurant can only have breakfast not allow using mobile during eating. Then after finished breakfast, we went to check this with front desk replied they didn't have any written policy on mobile using in restaurant. This was obviously discrimination for Chinese family in this hotel as I saw the staff didn't say a word to other guests talking abd using mobile in restaurant. I will never trust Trip.com rating to book future hotels again.
