Very good hotel apartment. Great house keeping, customer care and cleanliness. Manager is a very good guy. Focussed towards quality and satisfaction of both short term and long term customers. Great metro accessibility to both green and red lines.

Rooms are decently good both size wise and quality work though looks a little old and could do with a little refurnishing. The imperial dragon restaurant below is a great option if you want some good Chinese food.

Worst service, most of the things in room are not working
Cockroaches in kitchen.
And the worst part is the hotel staff is aware of the same, and they dont bother fixing those issues.
I would advise not to use this hotel to save few bucks.

Hotel apartment is spacious. The main bedroom' bed was very hard. It has a bad smell due to the cupboards. Found cockroaches in the kitchen.

I have mixed feeling for this Hotel. It's nice but there is no option for washing machine and Kitchen. Sometimes, if visitors visit for many days then day face many challenges. So for short trip where you don't need any such facility and are coming without kids, this is good place otherwise Not.

Rooms were ok. Cleanliness also average. Hotel is economical and located at an excellent place. The metro station of Burjuman is connected with both red and green lines.

Decent apartments. There are few low-range and mid-range restaurants nearby. BurJuman metro station is a minutes walk from the hotel.

Friendly staff apart from few cold people. Old Hotel but OK for Budget Travellers and Business people. Very close to Burjuman and AL Fayidhi Metros. Fatima Hyper Mall and few other Shopping malls close by. MTR Restaurant close by.
