What’s frustrating is that this situation was beyond my control, yet the hotel showed no empathy or willingness to accommodate. Good customer service should include understanding and flexibility during unforeseen circumstances, especially involving travel disruptions.
This experience has left a negative impression, and I would strongly reconsider staying here in the future. I hope the management can improve their customer service approach and show more consideration towards guests facing genuine issues.
The staff especially receptionist (Musha) and concierge was very professional and helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Dubai
