Came here with my mom for 3 nights. Location is quite good. The metro is 400m away and you can access many parts of dubai. Behind the hotel and nearby there are convenient stores and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are well trained, professional and courteous. The room and Bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is good. As i am writing this, we had to extend another day due to the war happening between Iran and Israel. Airports are shut. The staff managed to give us a good rate to extend our stay.

The room felt a bit old, definitely not like it opened in 2019; it seemed more like 10+ years. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were great. There was a slight leak in the shower, but everything else was good, and I really liked the design.

My advice stands that guests booking high floors, should be informed in advance on days when there’s increased noise from the club on the top floor.

had an excellent stay from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized, and the overall experience left nothing to be desired. The entire team was attentive, friendly, and highly professional. The room was clean, well-equipped, and quiet — exactly what you hope for.
I especially want to highlight the service in the restaurant. The waitstaff were consistently attentive without ever being intrusive. Any request was taken care of immediately and handled reliably. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the quality of the food was excellent throughout.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

This is a good hotel with close connection to the metro and easy access to taxis. The entire hotel staff was very friendly, professional and always ready to help with what ever we needed. The breakfast service staff at Celsius was very friendly and attentative. On most mornings we were greeted with a fresh juice of the day and a special canapé was also presented tableside which was a lovely added touch. Rana, Sayyed, Jishnu and Bhirat took excellent care of us. The Windows Bar/Lounge on the 49th floor is a perfect place to end the day with a drink and an excellent view over Dubai. We were very happy with our stay.
