I especially want to highlight the service in the restaurant. The waitstaff were consistently attentive without ever being intrusive. Any request was taken care of immediately and handled reliably. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the quality of the food was excellent throughout.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.
From the moment I arrive, the warmth and genuine friendliness shown by your team makes me feel completely at ease. Your flexibility with check-in and check-out times is always appreciated and it adds so much comfort to the overall experience. The lounge staff on the 42nd floor were wonderful once again. They were attentive, thoughtful and welcoming at every moment. The afternoon tea was a highlight as always, beautifully presented and served with the personal care that makes it so enjoyable.
