Our second visit & it lived up to our memories & expectations. The hotel staff are friendly courteous, efficient & knowledgeable. The food was excellent both in the Palmery & around the pool. Access to other hotels via the buggies meant access to a huge resort. Last year we arrived mid September & the heat meant outside dining wasn’t really a comfortable option but a mid November visit this year allowed us to enjoy breakfast & dinner on the terraces. We will return. A most wonderful hotel, resort & holiday.

Our stay at Jumeirah Al Naseem was truly wonderful. The hotel perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and serenity. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, and every detail across the resort felt thoughtfully designed.

We mostly enjoyed the beach and the sea, as the main pool area felt a bit older compared to the rest of the resort. Still, everything else was excellent and far exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return soon — either to Al Naseem again or another Jumeirah property.

This place it top notch in terms of service and quality. I cannot summarise everything that they did while we stayed at the hotel but I tell you it’s worth the money at least if you book a normal room like we did. They offer:
Free transfer to all hotels and the souk
Free entry into wild wady
Free boat ride between the hotels and the souk
Free and chilled water at the pool
Free sunlotion
Free sunglasses cleaning station
Several pools. Hundreds of people taking care of everything. Friendly. Fast. Discrete.
The audience is respectful in general. The breakfast is one of the best I experienced. The guy at the station for avocado toast should get a promotion. I could go on but it would be way too long. But one thing. Restaurants are pricy. But the souk offers great alternatives.

This was our second stay at this property and still lived up to our amazing memories from the first time a couple years ago. This property is expansive but still feels easy to navigate, multiple pools to choose from and beautiful large spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet is great as well as the food by the pool which I feel like is not the case for most hotels. They have so many amazing restaurants on property but also at the sister properties, which you can get a buggy to take you to and from.

This is definitely a family friendly property, lots of families with children and many kid centric activities like the water park. My husband and I have come as just a couple and it is still relaxing and romantic! We can’t wait to revisit!

For a price of over 20,000 RMB, I think this experience is very bad.
The hotel itself is no different from all high-end resort hotels. The service on the beach is indeed very considerate, but the service at the reception is terrible. The lady who received us on the first day was very hasty and neither my friend nor I understood what she said. It should be a problem of foreign language proficiency, because we all studied and grew up abroad.
I wanted a bill today, and it took me a whole day to send emails and Whatsapp, but I still haven't received it.
My friend lost a pair of shoes halfway through, and although he found them, there was an extra pair of socks in the shoes when he found them. It felt like someone had tried them on.
We were moved out because we missed the check-out time. Although this was our own fault, it was actually just after 12:00 at that time. Because there was a guest in our room who was going to check in in the afternoon, we were moved to another room, so we were charged half of the room rate.
The room is still very beautiful. The hardware is not a big problem.

The room has a balcony and the service is very good. There are not many varieties of breakfast, more suitable for Europe and America. There are almost no Chinese people in the whole hotel, only foreigners. It is very close to the castle market, and you can eat and go shopping on foot.
