We stayed one night due to a flight cancellation. Everything was good. The staff helped us call a taxi.

Veery dirty hotel! Not friendly staff. Didn’t clean the room, very noisy -you can hear all the guests, the elevator, the plains…you can not sleep there.
The smell of cigarettes everywhere!

Very terrible experience with the front office/reception and house keeping guy. They called me and informed me that I will have to pay 200aed when checking out because they claim I have soiled the bed sheets so I either have to wash it by myself or pay 200aed. I asked him which hotel tells it guest to wash bedsheets just because it got dirty. And the room they gave me which was M02, there were lots of cockroaches and bedbugs in the room. I am not coming back again

The room was otherwise fine, but there was no hot water during my stay, which was very disappointing. Unfortunately, when I reported the issue, the staff were unhelpful and did not resolve it, which really affected the overall experience.

Avoid this hotel if you value safety and customer service. During the severe flooding in Deira on Thursday, Nov 18th, it was physically impossible and dangerous for my taxi to reach the property. I contacted them via Agoda immediately to explain the emergency, but they were completely inflexible. They refused a refund, essentially implying I should have risked my safety to check in. To make matters worse, their listed phone number is invalid, making it impossible to speak to a human. They prioritize money over guest safety. Purely scammers

Great hotel in Deira. The service has improved; before, they used to ask for various extra charges, but now the price is exactly as stated on the website, no unnecessary questions, and quick check-in. The room has a kettle, glasses, and some dishes. Good value for money.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE that I have ever had in Dubai.
I have stayed in many Dubai hotels, since 2022.
But this one, the WORST EVER.

Rude staff,
Stingy smell inside the room,
No proper updates,
They gave my room to someone else before I reach there, and made me wait for hours.

The staffs were so rude.
Very bad hospitality and behavior.

WILL NEVER GONNA STAY HERE, AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Please,
You will get many better place and experience than this place, for the same price you PAY.

The location of Phoenix Hotel Dubai is not the most favorable, and it didn’t really feel comfortable to walk around the area. The room itself was clean, but the noise in the hallway was constant and quite disturbing, especially at night.
During my stay, I didn’t receive any towels, and housekeeping never came to clean the room, which was very disappointing.
Overall, this is a place I would book only in an emergency or if no other options are available.

The hotel is strategically located. If you are doing business in Deira Souk. The service could be improved and the last day they put us in a room that was not functional but later transferred us but the fact that they put us there when they had other better functional rooms was already off. Service is not so good. Cleanliness could be improved.
