The smell of cigarettes everywhere!
I have stayed in many Dubai hotels, since 2022.
But this one, the WORST EVER.
Rude staff,
Stingy smell inside the room,
No proper updates,
They gave my room to someone else before I reach there, and made me wait for hours.
The staffs were so rude.
Very bad hospitality and behavior.
WILL NEVER GONNA STAY HERE, AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
Please,
You will get many better place and experience than this place, for the same price you PAY.
During my stay, I didn’t receive any towels, and housekeeping never came to clean the room, which was very disappointing.
Overall, this is a place I would book only in an emergency or if no other options are available.
