beautiful peaceful amazing in the heart of the city 100% recommended

Very old villas with outdated and malfunctioned appliances.
Fridge is so dirty that they never cleaned over 20 years.
A/C you can’t control individually which is ridiculous.
Furniture is dirty and broken. Bedsheets and quilts are full of urine marks very disgusting.

The only few good things
Really nice garden full of greenery and a pool, kids playground, gazebo etc.
Attentive service team which can solve few minor issues

What can I say, most hardware are broken. The owner should be a renovation, don’t just make money but to invest so you can make more.

A peaceful environment with a good atmosphere surrounded by a lot of greenery

very good location, central for Dubai and everything was within a 25min drive. Villa was really spacious (every bedroom has its own full bathroom, which was essential with three teenage girls!). We were so busy we only used the pool and restaurant services once but both were great, staff very helpful every time we needed something, so would use more often if we stayed again.

The perfect family or small group getaway. Home away from home. Friendly staff. Cozy environment with ample grounds for outdoor relaxation and other activities. Well furnished and spacious Villas, fully equipped with all the basic necessities. We loved it. Our kids never wanted to leave. our 3 night stay was too short. Will surely go back someday.

We enjoyed very much staying in villa 21, the villa is huge and it is very well organized with good furniture, we were 3 families and it accommodate all of us, the swimming pool is nice however it is not temprature controlled as it was very hot all the time.

I stayed at Coral Boutique Villas over a period of couple of months. Had a great experience. My villa was clean and pretty large. Although it was a shared villa I barely had any other visitors. Kitchen is equipped with the most necessary utensils. The rooms are spacious and furnished nicely and modern. Each villa has an own parking possibility on the back side. The shared pool is convenient as it is within the compound. The compound restaurant is serving food till late night and you can also enjoy breakfast by the pool. Staff is very friendly and competent. Another convenience is the vicinity to MOE and Al Barsha. Lots of restaurants make your life easy. For people without a car the metro comes very handy.

With an outdoor pool and a fitness centre, this complex of 5-star villas is within a 5-minute walk of the Mall of the Emirates. Each villa features a glass roof, a modern kitchen and huge en suite bathrooms.

Benefiting from ample natural light, all units at Coral Boutique Villas are equipped with 5 flat-screen TVs and a DVD player. A dishwasher is standard in the fully equipped kitchens. Wi-Fi is free of charge.

Indoor and outdoor dining is offered at the Rumours Café, which also serves snacks and beverages. For those who wish to eat in the privacy of their rooms, there is a 24-hour room service.
