It was extremely busy but they took the time to check on me to make me comfortable as they realized that I was a solo traveller. I will return to this hotel again for sure

Had a very comfortable stay at Swissôtel. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the staff are polite and helpful. The location is also very convenient

I enjoy the kind reception when I arrive. The rooms are a bit old, but I don’t mind much as a solo traveler. The proximity to the mall, and good restaurants is a big plus, and the main reason I keep returning.

The contact number posted on social media was not answering despite several attempts. We were only able to secure a reservation by calling the hotel directly and asking to be transferred to the restaurant

We had a great dining experience at Le Murooj Restaurant. The food was excellent — from the cold cuts and live roast to the fresh breads, fruits, and desserts. Everything was well-prepared and enjoyable

Access to the restaurant was slightly challenging due to ongoing road works, but it was still manageable to enter, so not a major issue. The only real concern we faced was with making a booking

If you want to eat or shop, you'll need to go to Dubai Mall, which is a 30-minute walk away. Room Experience: The room is tiny. Once you open a 28-inch suitcase, there's barely enough room to stand

The location was great, it was clean, the breakfasy was good, the high top restaurant was also very nice and the view of burj khalifa was great from the restaurant.

During that time, my child accidentally left a bracelet and a smart watch on the coffee table in the lobby, but the staff kindly found them and returned them to us. Getting a taxi right outside was very convenient

The Museum of the Future is a short walk away, while Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall require a taxi. Overall, it's a very convenient place to stay

The room has a washing machine, but the detergent dispenser wasn't very clean, so I ended up not using it. It would have been even more convenient if the washing machine was usable

One of the hotel in Dubai with the best facilities ( ladies will love it). They even have a hair saloon ?. they have a real business center. If you scared of heights better request a mid floor unit

There's no airport shuttle service, but the service was excellent and the staff were wonderful. They arranged a high-floor room for us

Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel is a great choice for families visiting Dubai. With its excellent facilities, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere, it made our trip both relaxing and memorable.

They have changed our 2 double beds with one king bed without prior notice and ruin our trip as we were family of four.. not happy at all

I tried escalating through the hotel’s feedback site, but their reply came from a send-only email address saying, “please reach out if you need any help,” leaving me no way to respond or report the issue

I want to especially mention Owais from reception — he was super helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to answering all our questions, he was always polite and patient

Little things like that really make a difference. The location is convenient, and the facilities were exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely consider coming back again

Room wasn’t clean enough but location and breakfast was pretty good.There was a little bit noisy because a lot of bars and restaurants in the hotel but not too much.

For dining, they've brought in a Fridays American restaurant. It's a mix of à la carte and buffet style, and everything I ordered was pretty good, no duds

The cleanliness is very well maintained; everything is spotless, and hot water for showers and such is always available. I'm quite sensitive to noise

My room faced the Burj Khalifa, and I could hear some traffic noise, but it was very manageable and didn't disturb my sleep

Beds are extremely comfortable and metro is about 7 minutes walk. If you don’t have a lot of luggage , can take the metro from the airport to the hotel. To Burj Al Khalifa is only one metro stop

The service is excellent throughout, with staff who are warm, attentive, and made my entire stay, from check-in to check-out, a truly pleasant experience. The dining options were a definite highlight

When we went to the second floor, they said no, and it took some back-and-forth communication to resolve it. Then, at the third-floor restaurant, they also said no, despite the front desk confirming it was fine

The room was pretty decent for being in the city. We booked the half-board option, choosing breakfast and dinner

The suite is spacious, and the French-style decor is simple yet elegant. You can see the Burj Khalifa from the room. The staff were all very accommodating, and even for a chill city like Dubai, the service was quite fast

I stay in Sofitel Dubai for 6 days for this trip, it make me feel like home. They always prepare for good sleep by put camomile tea on the bedside table. Good amenities and plenty of water replace every day

It was very nice and pleasant, the staff cleaned the room every day which was good for me who is obsessed with cleanliness. The breakfast was good and the corridors always smelled clean

Clean hotel, good wifi, not a wide selection of food but good breakfast, good service. Location is Near metro station, pharmacy , supermarket and several eateries. Overall is a very good service apartment

If you have plan to go Aquaventure or that jumeraih area you can use free shuttle to emirates mall and take a taxi to your destination. Receptions at front desk and breakfast restaurant are all so kind

The room was incredibly comfortable, and it's within walking distance of Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa! You can even see the Burj Khalifa from the room! The breakfast buffet was fantastic and very extensive

We'd go out sightseeing during the day, and then in the afternoon and evening, we could easily walk to Dubai Mall for shopping and dining

Regis are always so comfortable, and the bathtub and shower area were well-designed, clean, and pleasant to use. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dubai

Wonderful 3 night stay at Taj. Exceeded my expectations. Lovely hotel and facilities. Sraff could not have been more friendly. Loved the pool area and eloquent elephant bar. You can walk to dubai mall in around 20 mins.

Opposite the hotel there is construction of 4 buildings and a highway, from which there is a lot of noise, from which the windows and doors do not save due to poor sound insulation

There is a grocery store on the ground floor. High-speed Internet in the room. All equipment in the room functions without problems
