He made the whole experience comfortable easy and well worth the five star level of service a Hotel like this needs Pradeep our host was also very good, always on hand to help with any reservation needs bookings in and outside of the hotel All in all, I highly recommend this hotel

The service was neither high-standard nor convenient. I was quoted AED 160 one way from the hotel to Dubai Mall, which I accepted, expecting a premium vehicle and service. However, the car provided was a Toyota SUV

Because of that experience, I immediately booked a second spa treatment for 90 minutes and requested the same therapist. Unfortunately, I was assigned a different therapist and only found out at the last minute

Excellent! It's perfect for a family vacation with kids. The hotel has its own private beach, and the breakfast is delicious with great views

The hotel is decent, nothing exceptional, but it's quite close to the Grand Palace. You get a great view right from the room's balcony.

Last year we arrived mid September & the heat meant outside dining wasn’t really a comfortable option but a mid November visit this year allowed us to enjoy breakfast & dinner on the terraces

Location: Fast and Furious filming spot. Very convenient location, right opposite the Presidential Palace. Facilities: Quite new, and the sea view is great. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy

Hotel environment and facilities: The room faced the palace directly, offering an amazing view. Next to it was the Etihad Towers, where 'Fast & Furious 7' was filmed near this hotel

Taxis to the Grand Mosque and the Louvre Abu Dhabi take about 20 minutes and cost around 40 AED. Dining: The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and tasted good

Transportation: There's a shuttle bus to Yas Island's theme parks, running twice a day. The palace and presidential palace are within walking distance

The gym had plenty of equipment and was rarely crowded. The room was tidy and clean, the service was excellent, and the internet speed was super fast

Service: Five-star standard service. Breakfast: Besides noodles and Indian flatbread, there wasn't much Asian variety

This hotel is actually pretty good. It's right next to a large shopping mall with plenty of Chinese dining options. The only downside is that it's not very close to the city center, but it is near a subway station

Nice hotel, with beautiful rooms. I had a suite, which was spacious and very clean. Nice showers. Traffic in and out of the area was inconvenient. But overall, great experience

Breakfast was good but the Doha Ritz Carlton was slightly nicer. Very clean room and it doesn’t feel like the age of the hotel. Highly recommend to try the Lebanese restaurant in the hotel

The reception team rejected my free stay, which had been declared by the Abu Dhabi government, and forced me to pay; then they said, "Yes, as per the Department of Culture and Tourism of Abu Dhabi, we can cover your stay

Given the positioning and reputation of the property, there is perhaps an opportunity to introduce more distinctive or memorable touchpoints that elevate the sense of discovery and excitement for guests

The quality of materials and finishing throughout the resort is evident, and it is clear that significant investment has gone into creating a luxurious physical environment

That said, while the resort is expansive, the overall range of facilities and experiential elements did not feel as extensive or surprising as I had initially imagined

Also they have adult sections at the beach and pool which is so good! And lifeguards even adhere to those rules, say if a kid wants to jump from the edge into the adult pool they will tell the kid politely to leave

Beautiful location on Saadiyat beach. Venue is beautiful and amenities fantastic. Its very kid friendly with a special area dedicated for kids. Additionally there is an adult only pool

My all time fav hotel in UAE! It is a must every summer as it has one of the nicest beaches in the country. Hotel is beyond amazing with great staff and food.

Location and staff were great, but the hotel room wasn't spotless The location is excellent; the beach is just feet away from the hotel, and the room size and bathroom are plenty

Very nice hotel and nice location they are using a very low cost kind In-room amenities like soap, shampoo, and slippers are lacking, and there's no welcome service upon arrival such as offering coffee and dates

Best of all are the resort pools and beach access right next to the Fujairah city access

We had a fantastic time at Al Bahar resort. The resort is clean and the beds are comfortable. Their breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food. We booked two rooms for me and my family

I asked for a high floor if possible. On arrival we were upgraded to a huge two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment on the 10th floor of the 62(?) floor east residences bldg. Check in was reasonably quick

Also, the elevator doesn't go directly to the 10th floor; you have to transfer once, which was annoying. Another strange thing is that neither Google Maps nor Amap could navigate directly to the hotel

The service at CONRAD Hotel is excellent. The room attendant, Maya, was very meticulous in cleaning the room and even folded towels into a swan shape, which my child absolutely loved

My only negatives with the apartment were the faulty Bose sound system in the lounge room, the low water pressure in the apartment and the really bright sensor activated "night" lights that come on when you enter the bathrooms in the dead of night

The hotel's exterior and lobby are grand and impressive, and the free access to the observation deck is a nice bonus. Getting there the first time was a bit confusing with the navigation, but it was easy after that

The rules of no under 16s at the bar are not enforced. Maybe considering and adults only pool rather than a kids water park area which is unused would be better for your customers
