The service at The One & Only Royal Mirage was, without exaggeration, the best I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Every detail was handled with care, warmth, and an ease that made the entire stay feel effortless.
A very special thank you to Kunduz (KZ), who took exceptional care of us from start to finish. She was an outstanding host - attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead - making sure we were comfortable and truly taken care of throughout our stay. Her presence alone elevated the entire experience.
Breakfasts were equally memorable thanks to Sharut, who made every morning feel welcoming and special. The consistency, kindness, and attention to detail never went unnoticed.
This property sets a standard for hospitality that is incredibly rare. We left feeling genuinely cared for, not just accommodated. We will absolutely be back, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Service around The pool area was outstanding, exceptionally attentive and always on hand to help with a smile. Food was very good and Akhil, Who is in charge of the pool and Beach was amazing. He made the whole experience comfortable easy and well worth the five star level of service a Hotel like this needs

All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s not like the rest of the hotels in Dubai. It’s peaceful and still retains that level of quintessential opulence that you expect from a Dubai hotel.

The stay in residence was very quiet and exclusive, which I truly enjoyed. I loved the private pool and the level of service provided. The host services were helpful and thoughtful throughout my stay. I ordered in-room dining twice and the food quality was very good.
I had a 60-minute deep muscle massage with Sungee (apologies if I misspelled the name), and it was absolutely AMAZING . Because of that experience, I immediately booked a second spa treatment for 90 minutes and requested the same therapist. Unfortunately, I was assigned a different therapist and only found out at the last minute. The second treatment was quite ordinary in comparison, which was disappointing given the high standard of the first experience.
I would also like to share some feedback regarding the car service arranged by the hotel. The service was neither high-standard nor convenient. I was quoted AED 160 one way from the hotel to Dubai Mall, which I accepted, expecting a premium vehicle and service. However, the car provided was a Toyota SUV. Upon arrival, the driver requested cash payment only, and I was not informed in advance that card payment was not accepted. Fortunately, I had some USD with me and paid USD 50 (approximately AED 180+).
As a result, I would not recommend the hotel car service. The following day, I used Uber’s highest-tier option, and a brand-new BMW 7 Series arrived, costing less for the same distance.
I hope these services can be improved, as the property itself is beautiful and has great potential to deliver a consistently exceptional experience.

We stayed at the One&Only Royal Mirage - The Palace, and from the moment we arrived we instantly felt welcome. The staff was exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive at all times, especially Esther, who truly stood out. One thing that impressed us most was how knowledgeable the team was. No matter whom we asked, everyone seemed informed and genuinely willing to help.
The resort itself is absolutely stunning. Very aesthetic, elegant, and perfectly maintained. The pool area is perfect for relaxing, offering a large family pool as well as a quieter adults-only pool for those seeking privacy.
The rooms were also wonderful, comfortable, and well-kept.
We booked half-board and loved that we were able to enjoy a different restaurant for breakfast and dinner every day. Each venue had its own unique character and menu, so it never felt repetitive. We were also able to enjoy one dinner in the One&Only at the palm and had a yacht shuttle there right from our beach.
We did encounter a small issue with our room cards as they kept deactivating, so we had to replace them several times at the reception. However, the staff tried to fix the issue several times, including contacting a service technician. Toward the end of our stay, Czarina took great care of us and handled the situation with kindness, even helping us with our beverage bill in a very generous way, which we truly appreciated.

My partner and I stayed for three nights and wished we had booked three weeks. From the moment we arrived, every part of the experience was outstanding. Check-in was smooth, the Customer Experience team checked in on us throughout our stay, and the service everywhere on the property was consistently warm and professional.
A special thank you to the teams at The Rotisserie, Beach Bar & Grill, Celebrities, and Eauzone. They were thoughtful, inclusive, and completely accommodating with my dietary requirements. It made dining feel easy and enjoyable, which is rare when you have dietary needs.
We also appreciated how helpful the customer experience team were with their Aquazone recommendations, and how simple it was to arrange bookings for the adults-only pool. Beautiful resort. All the food and staff have been amazing. Service 10/10 everywhere you go. They cater for all our needs including dietary requirements with ease and professionalism, and were able to find gluten free alternatives for us as needed. A special thanks to hamza Faical and the whole team at Tagine, as well as the team at Olives, they are incredible!
