Swimming pool is a great design with also great service. Loved the free Ice cream treats!
The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered beautiful views. The staff were courteous and attentive, making sure that every need was met with a smile.
The only minor issue during my stay was at breakfast. While the food quality was excellent, the service could sometimes be a bit slow, and on a couple of occasions, there were mix-ups with orders. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall experience.
Despite this, I would still rate my stay 10/10. The Jumeirah Zabeel Saray offers an exceptional blend of luxury and relaxation. I will definitely be returning soon!
Great customer care and cater for Vegans and special dietary requirements on advanced order. All special dietary requirements will require confirmation at least 24 hours prior to visiting the restaurant. Good food options for kids and adults, a multitude of restaurants including Indian, Lebanese and other offerings. Restaurants are busy so will require bookings for lunch and dinner.
Our second visit and would definitely visit again. One of the furthest hotels on the palm so best to use provided shuttles if you plan to visit old Dubai, or else it will cost you a lot in Taxis.
A great walking path exists just outside the hotel, circling the local sea, with breath taking views of sunset, buildings and sea.
Definitely a special place to visit.
