Cleanliness: The hygiene was good. The carpet had some minor stains and looked a bit old, but it was understandable.
Environment: The environment was great, especially the breakfast restaurant – I really liked it. The panoramic elevators in the lobby are also a unique feature of the hotel; you can even take a picture with the Museum of the Future from inside the elevator.
Service: The service was excellent, and all the staff were very polite.
They need to learn the 5 star service experience standards from the heart.
Otherwise it was a nice experience when dealing with the managers.
