The hotel has been repeatedly awarded the title of one of the best business hotels in the world. It is ideally located in the heart of the business part of the city. However, the high standard of service and access to the beach entertainment make it very attractive for families. A 5-minute drive from the hotel are the world's largest shopping and entertainment complex Dubai Mall, dancing fountains and the tallest building in the world – "Burj Khalifa". Near the hotel there are many night clubs.

Location: in the centre of Dubai on the highway Sheikh Zayed, close to international exhibition centre and Dubai international financial centre, 10 km from the airport Dubai. A unique masterpiece of urban architecture of glass and concrete attracts the attention of all guests.
Included in the hotel group JUMEIRAH GROUP.
Consists of two towers connected by a shopping arcade. One tower (54 floors) accommodates the offices, the other (56 floors) are 400 hotel rooms with views of modern city (room without balconies). There is a separate floor for women.
The hotel has Russian speaking staff.
Beach: sandy 15 km from the hotel (3 coastline). On the beach umbrellas, deck chairs: free of charge. Shuttle bus to the beach (on the beach at Jumeirah Beach Hotel or Madinat Jumeirah is a 10 – minute drive). The beach is 2 km away.
Upon arrival the hotel will take a Deposit, the approximate cost is about 500 dirhams per night. The Deposit is returned to DHS.

Cleanliness: The hygiene was good. The carpet had some minor stains and looked a bit old, but it was understandable.
Environment: The environment was great, especially the breakfast restaurant – I really liked it. The panoramic elevators in the lobby are also a unique feature of the hotel; you can even take a picture with the Museum of the Future from inside the elevator.
Service: The service was excellent, and all the staff were very polite.
They need to learn the 5 star service experience standards from the heart.
Otherwise it was a nice experience when dealing with the managers.
