Noteworthy were the staff who were ready and at hand to assist and serve always going above and beyond to ensure my experience there was smooth and homely

A magnificent hotel with an ideal location, perfectly situated between the main road and the waterfront. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach, and they provide towels and umbrellas

The room is huge, the bathrobes are soft, the slippers are comfortable, and the bed and pillows are perfect. The service is excellent; they always resolve any issue, even bringing an needle with a thread kit

Excellent location, decent breakfasts, and good service. I deducted a star for the renovations and the long waits for the elevator. Don't bother with a sea view, as it's completely blocked by towers

A view of Dubai Marina is better, cheaper, and comes with a balcony. We had to switch rooms, and big thanks to the staff for accommodating us. A Russian-speaking girl helped us out

The soundproofing is also top-notch. Tip: Ask for a lower floor to avoid waiting in line for the elevators during peak hours

Our stay with the comfy bed, the cloudy pillow, the smell of the rooms and bathrooms, the fresh towels and the housekeeping's kind gestures are all exceptional

This is the third time I have visited the Fairmont Ajman. Every time, I am more impressed with this resort and its facilities. This time was special as we were three adults and my little son

Other things were incredible as well: the breakfast buffet, the swimming pool, the kids' facilities, the cleaning, the restaurants, the Spa lounge, the beach, fabulous views, the very welcoming staff, and more

We had a slight problems with the room, however the responsiveness of Uldana who was able to fix the stay was greatly appreciated, she was always attentive and had a beautiful smile

The hotel seems to be very popular with visitors and We found that the pool area was congested. The gym is okay for cardio with the treadmills and cross trainers, however lacks in variety and is small

On two separate occasions, I felt a marked reluctance from the porter to assist with parking my vehicle or to allocate a driver, a stark contrast to the prompt and proactive assistance offered to a European guest who arrived just before me

Honestly I didn’t know what to expect when staying at this hotel but it was fantastic. The room was very big and included a bathtub which was great. Location was right next to Abu Dhabi mall and galleria mall

The Southern Sun hotel has a welcoming entrance reception hall. The rooms are spacious and clean and everywhere that you go there's a lovely fresh odour smell. The hotel staff are lovely and helpful

The hotel is very close to the bus station, which is convenient for traveling between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The breakfast spread is also excellent. There's a small, clear, and clean swimming pool on the rooftop.

The hotel room was spacious, and the twin beds at 1. 4 meters were perfect for two adults and one child. It's right in the city center, and the mall directly across the street covers all your dining and shopping needs

The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, and the staff, including the lobby personnel, restaurant staff, and housekeeping, provided excellent service. Thanks again to this incredibly generous nation! 😁😁😁

There's a shopping mall diagonally across the street with a supermarket in the basement, which is very convenient for shopping

The twin room was quite spacious and clean. They have a pool, and the location is convenient with easy access to transportation, plus it's close to the airport

The breakfast had a good variety, though it wasn't quite suited for a Chinese palate. Overall, I was pretty satisfied!

The room was spacious and very clean. There's a restaurant downstairs with a lot of character, and the pool was also very clean. The service was excellent, and the location is convenient, very close to the airport

The hotel is situated quite near to the city center but not quite walking-distance. The overall experience was extremely positive and we would 100% stay here again, if we ever visit the city again

I didn't realize it when I checked in, but when I returned to my room at night, I discovered there was a poolside bar right next to the hotel that played music until 2 AM

Big thanks to Philip and Shiva at the pool, who always provided us with water, towels and ice cream, Intan, Muthyam, and Karan from house keeping, who made an excellent job in keeping our room tidy as well as all the remaining staff members that made sure we have a wonderful stay

Several restaurants around, Marina Bay in 20 min walking distance. Really nice pool and beach area with towel service, free water

The hotel is very family friendly, even the standard room is very big, they have a big playground, a wonderful kids pool and the staff really gave our son the feeling that he is more than welcomed

It’s location in Dubai Marina is really nice too! While the hotel itself is rather tranquil with a massive private beach, it’s also only a few minutes away from the JBR Walk, allowing you to go exploring the city, go shopping or having dinner somewhere else

We recommend the halfboard option, you can choose between lunch or dinner, at the hotel you have several restaurants, we liked LaBaie for lunch the most. Or make use of 120 options of the marriot dine around program

The service stood out in every way, especially from Lloyd, Andy and Ivan! Their personal touch, warm approach and genuine care (for both us and our two little sons) made our experience special

Always my first choice hotel when traveling to Dubai. Like the mini Venice style canal trip on the electric boat. Very nice high end gym and 25m swimming pool included.

- Unauthorized people somehow get onto the beach and comfortably set up their belongings on the sand in front of the sunbeds (some even brazenly use the sunbeds themselves)

This is a beach hotel, and it's inconvenient for guests to rush to breakfast and try to finish eating by 11:00 AM (by the way, they start clearing the food at 11)

This is because there are nearby restaurants, particularly a Greek restaurant directly opposite the building, and a couple of bars to the side of the rooms

The security didn't seem to react much on the occasions I observed. - If your room faces the bay and 'Venice,' be prepared for music every day until 2 AM

Loud music plays from all these establishments, and you can hear it even with the windows closed

The room was big enough for 2 people and well furnished, however the toilet was small and felt cramped. The balcony and views of the creek and property pool were beautiful

I had very magical experience moments in the SPA at the hotel. The decoration it is outstanding and the welcoming smile of the staff makes me feel very comfortable

The only snag was that the guy at the pool bar overcharged me for our drinks. I scanned the QR code on the poolside tables and the prices were much cheaper than what he charged

Overall a well located and not too expensive 5 star experience of a iconic property that started operation in 1975 and still going great guns

The breakfast had everything expected from a 5 star property. I utilised both the fitness and Spa facilities and they were both top notch

The hotel is conveniently located just a short boat ride from the Old Town, and about a 15-minute walk from the Spice and Gold Souks

It was also placed under the foot of the bed, making the foot of the bed higher than the head. The pool was great, and the kids had a lot of fun, playing several times without any issues

I stayed for 3 days, and on two of those days, the housekeeping wasn't done properly: on one day, the rubbish bin wasn't emptied, and on another, the used towels weren't taken away

It was only when someone who appeared to be a local made a request that all four desks opened. I'm not sure if it's a temporary offer, but the hotel provided theme park tickets, which was a nice surprise

I had an excellent stay at Yas Plaza Circuit Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, especially if you’re visiting Yas Island attractions or attending events at Yas Marina Circuit

Everything was excellent – the cleanliness, location, and facilities. Even though I could hear car engines and airplanes past midnight, the noise wasn't bothersome

Rooms were lovely with plenty of facilities and we managed to get a pool and sea view (in a club level room). We will definately be returning here when we can and we highly recommend it

The hotel has a beautifully refurbished, modern and luxurious look, with plenty of spacious areas right by the seaside an incredible combination for a venue located in the heart of the city

They always made sure we had everything we needed, like water bottles, fresh towels, or tea cups. On top of that, they were incredibly kind, always smiling and very respectful

We often got a lovely surprise of a lovely little towel animal and a chocolate on our beds, which was a real treat. We also had fresh towels everyday. So much choice and cooked so well

The taxis here are very cheap and it’s roughly only £5-6 to get to Yas island, we went off on trips several days. The wonderful Keshila on the front desk let us check in early when we arrived and upgraded our room…

McDonald's and a supermarket are a 10-minute walk away. If you call a taxi from the Emirates Airlines office in Abu Dhabi, it costs about 24 AED, but calling a taxi directly should be cheaper

Sure this was not a la carte dining but was certainly good quality again with attentive friendly staff The pool area was clean and supervised at key times by lifeguards, plenty of sunbeds and shade

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last 7 years and always find myself returning for at least part of my stay every time I’m in Dubai! The customer service provided by the team is fantastic with Tillal (Manager) and the pool lifeguards being particularly helpful during my last visit

We were given a room on the 6th floor with amazing views, including a distant view of the Burj Khalifa. Ctrip stated that breakfast started at 6 AM, but it actually begins at 7 AM

There's complimentary valet parking, and two gas stations are conveniently located near the hotel (a good tip for rental cars: fill up the night before if you're returning the car at the airport the next day)
