We booked a double room with two separate beds and were upgraded to a family room with three beds. It's a good size, with an extra sofa and a round table. The bathroom has a shower, but it doesn't have a door

The location is right beside a subway with lots of small of restaurants but it’s a little bit far from downtown, especially considering how busy the subway can be

Stayed here 16 till 22nd January as many of the other reviews stated the hotel is a little outdated but it is very close to Dubai mall, so is very convenient for those who want to shop

I want to thank the medical personal trainer Wiem issaoui from medical gym department because of her professional sessions with my mother ( who suffer from knee OA ) my mother managed to pray properly and climb the stairs for the first time after 2 years of pain , also her way of training helped my mom to broke her fair from exercising ( she never exercised in her life ) and after few sessions...

(These was paid extra and they told me non refundable and was very aggressive when explaining and was very unprofessional) This experience causes stress while I came here to relax Pros: 3- Food was good, healthy and balanced 4- massage was good and the therapists were all good

We stayed one night at the Oryx Grand Hotel for my friend's anniversary. The location is beautiful and calm, and it has a nice swimming pool and some gaming place. The mountain view from the rooms is amazing

The icing on the cake: around 4:40 PM, they unceremoniously kick you off your sunbed, take away your mattress, and place your sunbed in a row next to the umbrella. You can sit there, but it's not very pleasant

The hotel doesn't have its own beach, but they have an agreement with another hotel, Lou'lou'a Beach Resort. However, beach towels aren't always provided after lunch (they're taken away)
