Spacious rooms, complete amenities, and a rich breakfast. It's close to Palm Jumeirah and the price is reasonable. A really good hotel.

The hotel was luxurious from the moment we arrived, with a warm atmosphere, attentive staff who go out of their way to make you feel looked after, and rooms that are spacious, modern, and genuinely comfortable. The service was amazing from the smooth check-in to consistent housekeeping. We asked for a free room upgrade and got one almost immediately. The staff at the desk are extremely polite and represent true values of Dubai Culture. The hotel’s amenities, including a rooftop pool, relaxing spa, multiple dining options, and well-equipped gym, add to the sense of quality and convenience. Everything felt clean, well-designed, and welcoming, making the hotel a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and exceptional hospitality.

I stayed at the Barsha Heights property for close to 3 years till Nov-25 and only left due to relocation. This was my home away from home and the all-round experience was worth it.
Noteworthy were the staff who were ready and at hand to assist and serve always going above and beyond to ensure my experience there was smooth and homely. The Reception & Concierge team were top notch and I always got my queries to Guest Services team resolved by Christcentia who understood, followed up and addressed my requests to the support teams.
This is definitely my stop-over point for future trips to UAE

One of my Favourite hotels in the region usually provides a very high quality customer service and the room and amenities are always nice and kept in a good and clean order.

Facilities: The room was a bit old and not very spacious.

Cleanliness: The hygiene was acceptable; I didn't find any major issues.

Environment: I had read reviews saying the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, but it was mostly Western-style. Don't go in with high expectations.

Overall, it was quite good. The breakfast was very satisfying, and the room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable sleep.

The rooms uphold the Millennium brand's standardized excellence, being generally clean and tidy, with spacious and well-thought-out layouts. The bedding provides good support, with many guests noting the "medium-firm mattress, ensuring a comfortable sleep." Rooms are also equipped with complete facilities such as bathrobes, slippers, and flat-screen TVs. Some high-floor rooms offer city views. Daily cleaning service is of a high standard, with attention to detail and virtually no missed spots.

The staff service is a major plus for the hotel, rated at an impressive 9.4 out of 10. From luggage handling to front desk reception, staff consistently maintain a smile, responding to requests promptly and patiently, even proactively offering local travel advice. Some guests mentioned receiving "attentive service even during a late-night check-in, with a thoughtful late check-out option," demonstrating the flexibility of the service.

Certainly my favorite hotel in Dubai. I stayed there for 45 days in 2024 taking up the two bedroom suite and my family enjoyed every min we spent there. We had a room with a generous sized living space and two bedrooms and two baths all very comfy and a great view of the Sheikh Zayed Road. I truly enjoyed the great hospitality of the hotel staff. Right from the doorman Alex, to the receptionists and the folks who served us,.They all went out of the way to accommodate our requests. For a person just settling in dubai, this was the perfect pad for me. Very close to internet city Metro stn as well. They had several great restaurants - from hitchki, to a beer garden, it was all fantastic. Lots of restaurants around as well. Will return in a heartbeat.

The facilities are a bit old, but the breakfast is really good and the room is clean. The bathroom is too small.

The room is incredibly spacious, perfect for three people. The sofa in the living room is super comfortable; you just need to ask for an extra sheet and duvet. The bed in the bedroom is also very cozy, and the air conditioning works great – it gets really cold, so remember to turn up the temperature a bit to avoid catching a cold.
