We came for an event in Dubai all the way from Abu Dhabi and stayed one night at the Metropolitan Hotel with breakfast included, and it was a truly pleasant experience

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it perfect for a relaxing stay

It’s rare to come across staff who are so dedicated, and Sunny truly made us feel valued as guests. And the food was delicious too

Bathroom needs to be cleaned properly, old towels are smelly, bathtub was smudgy with stains. City View means you will have nothing to see but buildings. Checking in was tooooooo long, they like to chat and waist time

Brilliant location. Stunning views. The apartment was beautiful, modern and clean. Well equipped for a perfect stay. It was a central location so everything was easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again. 👌

Opposite the hotel there is construction of 4 buildings and a highway, from which there is a lot of noise, from which the windows and doors do not save due to poor sound insulation

There is a grocery store on the ground floor. High-speed Internet in the room. All equipment in the room functions without problems

Great location, nice apartments. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, and the waterfront is nearby.

It was also placed under the foot of the bed, making the foot of the bed higher than the head. The pool was great, and the kids had a lot of fun, playing several times without any issues

I stayed for 3 days, and on two of those days, the housekeeping wasn't done properly: on one day, the rubbish bin wasn't emptied, and on another, the used towels weren't taken away

The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable

It was only when someone who appeared to be a local made a request that all four desks opened. I'm not sure if it's a temporary offer, but the hotel provided theme park tickets, which was a nice surprise

I had an excellent stay at Yas Plaza Circuit Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, especially if you’re visiting Yas Island attractions or attending events at Yas Marina Circuit

Everything was excellent – the cleanliness, location, and facilities. Even though I could hear car engines and airplanes past midnight, the noise wasn't bothersome

The whole hotel team had definitely done an amazing job keeping the service standard level high, from the door service to receipt to room service etc, with eye for details & thoughtful approaches.

This hotel is the tallest building around, so if you get a high-floor room, the view should be great. However, it seems that the glass exterior walls aren't particularly clean, possibly due to dust

I was so lucky that the airport closed due to the Iran attack the day after I left the UAE. I hope all hotel staff and guests are safe, and I wish for world peace!

Gorgeous Hotel, Most Uncomfortable Room Ever. First the positives, the place is stunning, like a Conrad's, beach and infinity pool great, free beach chairs the whole kit. Staff is stellar, breakfast buffet ample

Now for the series of unfortunate events. in advance requested high floor nice view. Got 7 of 16 floors, no view without cash. Deluxe room is beautiful but a Standard size. We were sick most of the time here

TV remote keeps skipping out of channels back to hotel home screen, like living in a TV maze. Cheap with the bath dispensers, squirt out teeny amounts so kill your fingers and patience. Coffee machine tasted truly bad

What's the point of this? Froze my wet head while waiting staff to show me invisible button. Lights and remote very high tech look so utterly flat minimalist buttons hard to work

The location is excellent, very close to Downtown, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall. The rooftop infinity pool has amazing views. Check-in was smooth, and all facilities like the gym and restaurants were top-notch

We booked the Paramount Hotel Midtown through Airbnb for 6 people and had a great stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed — perfect for a group

There's also a lean towards Indian cuisine, but Europeans won't go hungry either. The pool is clean, and they provide towels. There are tennis courts on the property

The rooms are clean, and they change towels if you leave them on the floor (there's a sign in the bathroom explaining this). The breakfasts are excellent with a good variety of cheeses, vegetables, and pastries

The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk to the airport, which is great for transit layovers. However, we stayed during a tennis tournament in February, and the walk to the tennis courts took about 12 minutes

The taxis here are very cheap and it’s roughly only £5-6 to get to Yas island, we went off on trips several days. The wonderful Keshila on the front desk let us check in early when we arrived and upgraded our room…

Canal Central Hotel – Business Bay, Dubai 🇦🇪 I stayed at Canal Central Hotel Business Bay for 12 days, and honestly, it was an amazing stay from start to finish

It would be great if the rooms had somewhere to hang or dry clothes 👕 for longer stays, and the shower tap didn’t close completely, with slightly low water pressure 🚿 — small things, but worth mentioning

And if you’re planning to go around Dubai, it’s actually cheaper and safer to hire a vehicle directly from the hotel instead of taking random taxis — it saves money and gives you peace of mind

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last 7 years and always find myself returning for at least part of my stay every time I’m in Dubai! The customer service provided by the team is fantastic with Tillal (Manager) and the pool lifeguards being particularly helpful during my last visit
