This hotel is truly incredible value for money. I had such a great experience from start to finish. The views are absolutely spectacular. From my room, I could even see the Dubai Frame, which made it feel extra special

The location couldn’t be better. It’s so easy to get around the city from here, whether you’re exploring or heading out for dinner. And having a mall connected to the hotel was honestly the best part

Great place to stay in Dubai! Perfect service, facilities, swimming pool, restaurants and bar. Also connected with WIFI department store and Carefour.

My flight got canceled again, so I ended up staying an extra day. As always, I was completely satisfied. This should be my last night here, and hopefully, my evening flight won't be canceled again

Hotel is near the metro and Wadi shopping mall. Look forward to go back to Sofitel the Obelisk!

Although it's not on Palm Jumeirah but on another island, this hotel is truly outstanding. For a family stay, the value for money is far superior to hotels on Palm Jumeirah or in the city center

Overall, Centara Mirage Beach Resort is a very nice resort with great food, excellent pools, and exceptionally friendly staff. Both our children and we as parents had a wonderful time

There was a TV and PlayStation, but this mainly resulted in the kids wanting to play video games rather than participate in other activities. It would also be great to see more evening or nighttime entertainment

Out of the three hotels we've stayed at in Dubai, this one is definitely the best. It's on an island that's still under development, but the location isn't far and is very convenient

The pool is in poor condition with missing tiles on the walls and the pool floor. Poolside music is nice, but too loud. Key cards are wooden and unhygienic

The room had a damp smell, and I don't understand why they don't allow windows to be opened for ventilation. However, there are many lovely cats around, which is great

Booking this hotel comes with free tickets, and the number of tickets matches the number of guests in the booking, which makes it great value for money

However, the hotel's pool, food, and kids' club (the staff even joined in the exercises!) were all pretty good

While we appreciate their diligence, if a guest is sleeping and has put a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, and even if housekeeping doesn't knock, customer service still calls the guest to ask if they'd like their room cleaned

They also accommodated my late check-out request without any hassle or drama, which is rare in many places. So far, this is one of the few hotels where customer requests are handled efficiently without much issue

The whole point of the DND sign is *not* to be disturbed, yet I still receive a call! Despite this, we appreciate their consistent dedication, and we look forward to staying with them again soon, God willing

Gorgeous pool area with life guard on duty. My issue was the Quite odd layout / setup with no reception desk - seemed like almost all staff were assigned to work at the radisson next door and none at the Park Inn

The contact number posted on social media was not answering despite several attempts. We were only able to secure a reservation by calling the hotel directly and asking to be transferred to the restaurant

We had a great dining experience at Le Murooj Restaurant. The food was excellent — from the cold cuts and live roast to the fresh breads, fruits, and desserts. Everything was well-prepared and enjoyable

Access to the restaurant was slightly challenging due to ongoing road works, but it was still manageable to enter, so not a major issue. The only real concern we faced was with making a booking

Salam street is behind the hotel that enables a fast travel to Dubai and Yas Island. Hotel staff is humble and happily provide you any kind of extra facility upon availability without putting a hole in your pocket

Lovely amenities but service to work on if want to be in as high regard as Jumeirah and like hotels. Walk from sun bed to beach is long but beach is nice. They will not upgrade you so pay for sea view

It was my cousins birthday and she simply wanted a coffee and some fruit. Not great when I recommended to stay here. Otherwise was good and bbq night on Fridays is Amazing which we paid for

However, on arrival we couldn’t have a drink or anything from the main buffet, just the complimentary one on floor one where the breakfast was not great at all

The location of the hotel is great! You can go to the Dubai Festival City Mall directly from the hotel (without going out), and take a walk on the Marsa Boulevard at the sunset, very convenient location! The Dubai Festival City Marine Transport Station is just in front of the hotel so you can easily go to Dubai Downtown

Nevertheless at the weekends it gets really busy :-) Staff is attentive and very helpful everywhere. The hotel is linked to Festival City Mall which is very positive as well. Within 10 minutes you can reach DXB airport

There's also a wide variety of other buffet items, so we always had a full breakfast. The gym is amazing and far superior to hotels of similar caliber in China. The pool isn't huge but looks nice

They claimed the outdoor pool was heated, but the temperature was completely off; it was freezing. The staff were all smiles, and the room size was quite generous

You can choose from four different parks, and they're all fantastic – my child is already begging to go back! The resort also has a swimming pool, a lazy river, a splash area for kids, a football field, and various other recreational facilities

The best part is the service; every staff member is warm, friendly, and proactive in offering help. There are coolers filled with bottled water for guests at all the shuttle bus stops within the park

The resort environment is excellent, with lush greenery and birds singing, making it feel like Southeast Asia. The room and bed are also very comfortable, and the breakfast is rich and varied

This hotel is located right next to the F1 track in Abu Dhabi, and the building itself is very striking. The rooms directly face the track, so even without a race, you can still soak up some of the atmosphere

If you want a good view of the circuit from your room, it's best to request a room on the third floor or higher. During the Chinese New Year, there were many Chinese guests, and we even received special chocolate gifts

Breakfast gets very crowded, but you get a great view of a large section of the racetrack, which is fantastic. The shuttle service to the theme parks is very convenient and available at all times

The pan-fried dumplings were the most popular; a fresh plate would be half-gone by the time I looked away. You can order eggs made to your liking; I had Eggs Benedict two days in a row

The hotel's biggest advantage is its location right on the Yas Marina Circuit. However, our room was on the second floor, and the large balcony obstructed the view of the track

Five Village has been a great experience. The valet service has been great and their pretty efficient. The staff are all very friendly and the fifth floor is always a great time
