The swimming pool (including two sauna's!) is clean, the 24-hour gym facilities are great, the breakfast is excellent with many, many choices and a great atmosphere. The service by all the personnel was great

The location offers a good view of downtown. The only thing we would like to suggest is that the children's play area would be accessible the same hours as the swimming pool (7am-7pm)

The room size was just right, not cramped at all, and breakfast was excellent. The service was fantastic, and the towels were very clean.

It located near the metro station which is very convinet for the business traveler, the room is clean and well decorated. defenitly will stay their again.

The shower had good water temperature and pressure, and the large bathtub was very comfortable. Environment: There's nothing around, and there's a construction site nearby

The hotel is situated in an area which is newly developed. Without travel jam or crowded transportation, it is easy to transport yourself easily. We arrived quite early becasue our flight arrived at six in the morning

After checking in, we lucily met a gentleman, whom we believe he belongs management personnel, who kindly provided us a room immediately for our convenience

Great service...comfortable rooms. Location central and near big balls, but a huge amount of construction at the moment. Have shuttle to malls.

The public areas are beautiful, and the pool water is super clean. Even in February, it didn't feel cold. The staff thoughtfully helped set up towels and provided ice buckets

The pool and kids’ area were also fantastic — everything was just right. However, the main reason we truly fell in love with this place was because of two incredible chefs, Lalit and Hasan

Beautiful location on Saadiyat beach. Venue is beautiful and amenities fantastic. Its very kid friendly with a special area dedicated for kids. Additionally there is an adult only pool

However not great service when entering, welcome lobby service, poolside service, check in did not provide information about amenities. Could be better with their service

The adult pool area was quiet, relaxing. A range of kids activities and pools available

The hotel also has its own hydroponic vegetable room. Breakfast was rich and varied, the beach was incredibly white, and the ocean water was stunning. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope to visit again

Very nice hotel and nice location they are using a very low cost kind In-room amenities like soap, shampoo, and slippers are lacking, and there's no welcome service upon arrival such as offering coffee and dates

Nice room with beautiful view to the Indian Ocean! Just a bit noisy due to the party around pool.

Best of all are the resort pools and beach access right next to the Fujairah city access

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Our children enjoyed every bit of it — especially the pool and play area

I asked for a high floor if possible. On arrival we were upgraded to a huge two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment on the 10th floor of the 62(?) floor east residences bldg. Check in was reasonably quick

Also, the elevator doesn't go directly to the 10th floor; you have to transfer once, which was annoying. Another strange thing is that neither Google Maps nor Amap could navigate directly to the hotel

The service at CONRAD Hotel is excellent. The room attendant, Maya, was very meticulous in cleaning the room and even folded towels into a swan shape, which my child absolutely loved

My only negatives with the apartment were the faulty Bose sound system in the lounge room, the low water pressure in the apartment and the really bright sensor activated "night" lights that come on when you enter the bathrooms in the dead of night

The hotel's exterior and lobby are grand and impressive, and the free access to the observation deck is a nice bonus. Getting there the first time was a bit confusing with the navigation, but it was easy after that

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially large, making for a great night's sleep. The highlight was definitely the high-altitude view from the 75th floor – absolutely stunning

The staff were very friendly, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast was decent, though there wasn't much of a view since it's surrounded by construction sites, and the air quality wasn't the best

My only minor complaint is that there were a few impolite guests at breakfast, but otherwise, everything else was satisfactory

We Stay a couple days in Crowne Plaza Deira all i can Say is a Beautiful place to stay. Staff in Reception was Polite and Friendly specially Cleofe she so nice to us while preparing for check in

Luxury hotel with a view of the Burj Khalifa. Amazing breakfast!!!

If you are facing the canal it will probably be better. The pool area is small and busy, with a few sunbathing terraces linked via stairs, which are much quieter. They could do with adding shower areas to cool off

It is a fairly loud hotel, with events at the pool bar and public bars, which means you can hear music most nights. I had a room on the 16th floor facing the street (directly above the pool area)

Special shout out to Mark and CJ - they were expert and provided recommendations on places to visit and activities for my vacation. They were fun and have been very helpful

For dining, they've brought in a Fridays American restaurant. It's a mix of à la carte and buffet style, and everything I ordered was pretty good, no duds

The cleanliness is very well maintained; everything is spotless, and hot water for showers and such is always available. I'm quite sensitive to noise

My room faced the Burj Khalifa, and I could hear some traffic noise, but it was very manageable and didn't disturb my sleep

There is a huge DFC mall, about 5 min walk from the hotel & is connected by a linkway bridge. There are hypermarkets like Carrefour & Lulu, IKEA, food court, restaurants & other shops

We arrived three hours before check in time but the agent at desk said, the rooms are ready so why not check in now? We we so pleased because we were exhausted and needed to rest

The powerpoints are universal, no need to use adapter. There are connecting rooms, one room with 2 single beds is connected to a room with 1 king bed

Hotel has excellent facilities and even provides personalised service when required, like drinks. Shisha and others at the pool. It's clean and calm environment every time. Restaurant is the cherry on top of the cake

Hotel system is very poor in house keeping, they forget to put enough towels in the room must remind them all the time, linen needs to be replaced they are worn out and shabby .

Some staff members are absolute stars, especially Danny and Thew at BHeaven Restaurant, Lifeguard Malindu by the pool, Osama on the front desk and Sally and Magda at the buffet restaurant

She organized a driver for me to look around Dubai. The room size was good and the pillows allowed for a comfortable sleep. On the other hand, my room looked a little unclean. There was water on the carpet

Beds are extremely comfortable and metro is about 7 minutes walk. If you don’t have a lot of luggage , can take the metro from the airport to the hotel. To Burj Al Khalifa is only one metro stop

The hotel's buffet dinner is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and there are several other restaurants on-site, all with amazing atmospheres. On our first day, the hairdryer wasn't working well

If I ever come back to the UAE, I'd definitely choose the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah again. You can literally spend all day lounging on the beach here and not want to go anywhere else

It turned out they were in my own backpack all along! But before we realized that, the front office manager was incredibly kind and supportive, always smiling and patiently assisting me

The staff kindly helped us replace it, though the second one wasn't great either. But on the second night, they brought us a brand-new hairdryer, which was much appreciated!
