We were given a room on the 6th floor with amazing views, including a distant view of the Burj Khalifa. Ctrip stated that breakfast started at 6 AM, but it actually begins at 7 AM

There's complimentary valet parking, and two gas stations are conveniently located near the hotel (a good tip for rental cars: fill up the night before if you're returning the car at the airport the next day)

We stayed at this hotel in January and loved everything about it! The room with a balcony and sea view was stunning. They have their own beach, a pool, and the surrounding area is beautiful

Stayed in Sheraton Resort, JBR for a week with family, the staff were absolutely amazing, every single one of them is a credit to the hotel chain, from management, staff to chefs

The rooms were recently renovated giving it the luxury feel, food was exceptional, the chefs even went above and beyond and catered for any special request

I had a very pleasant stay at Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel. The hotel has a beautiful beachfront location with relaxing views of the Arabian Gulf, making it a perfect place to unwind for a few days

We would have liked to see more options, such as pizza, nuggets, and at least some sausages for lunch and dinner, as the adult food didn't always appeal to the children!

Checking in was good although when i got the key ,, it was not working. On Friday i spoke to the receptionist regarding the AC,, engineers came and checked but nothing changed

I've booked a room named "fountain view", but the fountain was not even partially visible from the room. I had to go out to the balcony and lean and turn to left to be able to see the fountain

Good hotel on the palm for a beach holiday. Quite a varied breakfast, but after 9:30 there is a problem - to find a table for breakfast. Comfortable sun loungers on the beach and by the pool

You can also walk through the mall from the hotel to the Burj Khalifa's ground floor shops, which takes about 10 minutes – it's very close. The room was clean, tidy, and hygienic
