There were very few Chinese guests at this hotel; most were from Europe and the Americas. The hotel has a swimming pool, which was lovely for a swim

Impeccable service, very friendly staff, cosy rooms with great views to the sea side. You feel here warm and cosily like at home. Location is perfectly convenient, diverse infrastructure all around

One of the staff members at the front desk was quite rude; I felt he wasn't suited for the service industry. He had a sour expression the entire time I was dealing with him

We were given discount vouchers for Soul and Senses Spa, and my masseuse, Shatria, did a great job. The pool is a decent size and clean, while the sauna and steam room were perfect

We stayed 4 nights at the Crown Plaza Jumeirah. The gym, sauna and pool are good. We had only one issue and it has nothing to do with hotel or staff

it's just kids in the morning were making noise in the morning running around and playing in the halfway for 40 minutes. I understand it was Christmas time and a lot of people came to the UAE from West Asia

I spend around 80 nights a year with IHG hotels. I visit Dubai every year and usually stay at different IHG properties, but my recent stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumeirah was truly one of the most memorable

The atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant, and the food exceeded expectations in every way. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for exceptional Asian cuisine with top-notch service

Every team member—from the front desk to the cuisine and concierge staff—was exceptional. I would especially like to recognize the cuisine team: Mawan, Ivie, Syra, Mahi, Ronald, and Jigo

The front desk was responsible and helpful. I also ran into a friend who was celebrating their birthday, and the hotel even provided a special plan for them, which was a nice touch

The hotel is situated quite near to the city center but not quite walking-distance. The overall experience was extremely positive and we would 100% stay here again, if we ever visit the city again

I didn't realize it when I checked in, but when I returned to my room at night, I discovered there was a poolside bar right next to the hotel that played music until 2 AM

What a delightful Christmas lunch buffet at the Mövenpick Hotel – The Fountain! From the moment we arrived, the festive décor, cheerful atmosphere, and beautifully arranged buffet set the perfect holiday mood

The property is old from the outside but the rooms are fabs with lot of space… I didn’t enjoy the breakfast as option whr very limited considering it was Movenpick standard …

The staff are hospitable and helpful. The room is spacious and comfy. But I had issues with cleaness in the gym and the swimming pool which is much much smaller tham the pictures

I checked in the next day only, and my room was clean and big, but they did not provide me with towels, etc

So, it’s the worst experience in my life traveling around the world for business and holidays for the last 15 years because If my colleague wasn’t there, I wouldn’t know where I spent the night, and no one refunded me for the one night I had paid for

Our guide was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, making the dune bashing both exciting and safe. The desert views were beautiful, and the activities like sandboarding and the camp experience were enjoyable

We had to ask for water at reception. They always fly past your floor. The water in the pool is so cold that you don't really want to go in. Small hand towels were only provided upon check-in

I also enjoyed the beautiful sea view overlooking the swimming pool — it was absolutely stunning

Wonderful Birthday Stay!
I spent my birthday at this hotel and had such a great experience. The room was spacious and included a bathtub, which made the stay even more relaxing

And another funny little detail – the pillowcases are different, like grandma's at her dacha :))) Everything else is fine. The view from the window is simply gorgeous. The bed is comfortable and good

Then they were removed and never brought back. Maybe it was my imagination (but it wasn't), but the bed linen wasn't changed in 6 nights

The toiletries are cheap, but overall, it's okay. The hotel is a bit pricey for its level. And it's certainly not a five-star hotel

The room was incredibly comfortable, and it's within walking distance of Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa! You can even see the Burj Khalifa from the room! The breakfast buffet was fantastic and very extensive

We'd go out sightseeing during the day, and then in the afternoon and evening, we could easily walk to Dubai Mall for shopping and dining

Regis are always so comfortable, and the bathtub and shower area were well-designed, clean, and pleasant to use. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dubai

The Jumeirah Hotel's pool design seems to mimic the color of the ocean, from shallow to deep, with a gradient color on the bottom

We had the buffet at the hotel, which cost 285 dirhams per person. The variety of dishes wasn't extensive, but the taste was acceptable. Overall, it lacks the atmosphere of a typical beachfront resort hotel

The every inch of the resort is supported with high tech doors, water, towels, sun screens. They also provided a baby crib for our two months daughter

Environment: The pool and beach are stunning, the kind you could spend the whole day in

Relatively speaking, a room costing over 7000 RMB per night at this hotel is similar to a hotel in Sanya costing 1500-2000 RMB. Considering the local cost of living, this price doesn't match the experience

Amenities: A hotel with 4K+ per night. Just asking if the hair dryer could be replaced. All the hair dryers I've stayed in Dubai are old-fashioned. In a country built on money, this shouldn't be the case

In room 1309 (partial sea view), if the TV or other noise sources were off, I could hear the elevator shaft (I assume that's what was making the noise), but this sound usually wasn't present at night

My stay at Mövenpick was honestly amazing and one of the experiences I truly enjoyed from start to finish 😍✨ The hotel is right in the heart of JBR which makes everything so easy and convenient

Extremely fast check-in, with friendly and always helpful staff. Excellent housekeeping, always cleaning when I was out of the room. The breakfasts and dinners were consistently delicious

Several restaurants around, Marina Bay in 20 min walking distance. Really nice pool and beach area with towel service, free water

The hotel is very family friendly, even the standard room is very big, they have a big playground, a wonderful kids pool and the staff really gave our son the feeling that he is more than welcomed

It’s location in Dubai Marina is really nice too! While the hotel itself is rather tranquil with a massive private beach, it’s also only a few minutes away from the JBR Walk, allowing you to go exploring the city, go shopping or having dinner somewhere else

We recommend the halfboard option, you can choose between lunch or dinner, at the hotel you have several restaurants, we liked LaBaie for lunch the most. Or make use of 120 options of the marriot dine around program

The service stood out in every way, especially from Lloyd, Andy and Ivan! Their personal touch, warm approach and genuine care (for both us and our two little sons) made our experience special

Always my first choice hotel when traveling to Dubai. Like the mini Venice style canal trip on the electric boat. Very nice high end gym and 25m swimming pool included.

- Unauthorized people somehow get onto the beach and comfortably set up their belongings on the sand in front of the sunbeds (some even brazenly use the sunbeds themselves)

This is a beach hotel, and it's inconvenient for guests to rush to breakfast and try to finish eating by 11:00 AM (by the way, they start clearing the food at 11)

This is because there are nearby restaurants, particularly a Greek restaurant directly opposite the building, and a couple of bars to the side of the rooms

The security didn't seem to react much on the occasions I observed. - If your room faces the bay and 'Venice,' be prepared for music every day until 2 AM

Loud music plays from all these establishments, and you can hear it even with the windows closed

Wonderful 3 night stay at Taj. Exceeded my expectations. Lovely hotel and facilities. Sraff could not have been more friendly. Loved the pool area and eloquent elephant bar. You can walk to dubai mall in around 20 mins.

Definitely stay in a villa! The service is excellent, the stay is super comfortable, and I slept really well. Plus, you can take a boat ride within the hotel, and the swimming pools are all very clean.

The beaches and pools are fantastic and you'll never get enough of them! It's also very close to the Burj Al Arab. It's a great place for photos. The service could use some improvement; some of the staff were quite rude

Families with young children should be aware that we were charged extra for our 5-year-old's breakfast, but not for the extra bed. This situation has never happened at other hotels, including other Jumeirah properties

The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. To get to and from restaurants, you need to take an Abra, just call for one. Waiting times can be a bit longer during peak hours, but it's generally quite quick otherwise

The butler arranged messages and happy hour for us. Service: Quite good, they responded to all our requests. There are many animals, mostly peacocks, and you can generally touch them

For check-out, you'll need to call for a buggy (shuttle bus). The Madinat Jumeirah complex has four different hotels all close to each other, each with its own unique style

The room was big enough for 2 people and well furnished, however the toilet was small and felt cramped. The balcony and views of the creek and property pool were beautiful

I had very magical experience moments in the SPA at the hotel. The decoration it is outstanding and the welcoming smile of the staff makes me feel very comfortable

Regis, is top-notch — staff are attentive, professional, and make you feel well taken care of throughout the evening. The food and drinks during NYE events are high quality, with good variety and presentation

At the reception, Onno from Myanmar explained every detail clearly and professionally excellent service. I also met Aqib, who was very attentive and helpful, and Zayar from IRD who was absolutely amazing

The hotel’s Corniche location makes it one of the best spots to enjoy the New Year fireworks without dealing with overcrowded public areas. The overall ambiance on New Year’s Eve is elegant and festive

At the Terrace on the Corniche, Rani was very warm, friendly, and attentive. During breakfast, Nilam provided cool and excellent service, and the food was absolutely amazing
