For the pick-up/drop-off parking, you need to ask airport staff. At Terminal 1, it's out the door and turn right on the arrivals level. At Terminal 3, it's out door 2 and turn left on the departures level.
After arriving at T1, turn right and follow the signs. Exit the terminal building and turn right again.
