The room was very spacious and clean, and it's super close to Mall of the Emirates with plenty of shops downstairs, making shopping very convenient. The Western-style breakfast was pretty standard, but not really to Chinese tastes.

The room was nice, close to the mall with convenient dining options, and not too far from the subway.

The breakfast is quite generous for a Western-style hotel; you can make your own waffles and get freshly fried eggs, plus oatmeal that's at least unsweetened. The gym and pool are also great, rarely crowded. If you have the desire to work out, you can fully enjoy both cardio and strength training. The location is pretty good too, about 700-800 meters from the subway, with all sorts of food and drinks...

Great location, also great service, but the dinner buffet disappoint me, price not cheap, The seating was outdoors, the wind was strong and the weather was cold, the food was average and you had to wait because there weren't enough seats, im not sure I'll back again, but nice experience.

It was very strange that upon arrival, the first thing they did at reception was try to upsell us to an upgraded room for an extra charge. We arrived at 3:30 PM, check-in was from 2:00 PM, and they showed us our standard room, which apparently hadn't been cleaned yet, offering us to wait or immediately take an upgraded room for an extra fee. Hotel is at a great location. Spacious, clean and comfortable. I did not get the Burj view room as I was travelling alone and the balcony was slightly noisy as it's facing the other side expressway. Luckily the windows were good and was able to block off all the noise from traffic.
