The rooms are clean and the suites are very spacious. The location is also excellent, not far from the boarding gate, making it perfect for families with children. The suite has a separate living area, so it won't disturb the kids' sleep! They also provide a 24-hour dining option, so you can grab a quick bite and get to bed!

I visited the kid's room and swimming pool using a day pass. I was stunned by the luxurious and spacious balloon halls. The pool was especially impressive—huge, with a perfect water temperature for kids. Fun fact: this location was featured in the movie Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol, and there’s a small exhibit to remind visitors of the film shoot.

Enjoyed our stay at First Collection BUSINESS BAY Reception Staff very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast immense - something for everyone. Super outdoor pool. Lacking closeness to public transportation but recommend taxis which are very competitively priced.

Safety is paramount for business trips, and this hotel meets expectations in all aspects. It's conveniently located near the airport with good transport links. As an international chain, the amenities are generally satisfactory, albeit quite standard. It's a multi-purpose hotel, but do note that prices can be high during peak season. Thank you. The room was just okay, pretty standard compared to other hotels, and didn't really live up to the St. Regis brand. The ocean color was beautiful, but the water itself was quite dirty when you got in.

The public areas are beautiful, and the pool water is super clean. Even in February, it didn't feel cold. The staff thoughtfully helped set up towels and provided ice buckets. The hotel also has its own hydroponic vegetable room. Breakfast was rich and varied, the beach was incredibly white, and the ocean water was stunning. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Overnight the bathroom flooded due to a leaked pipe. I slipped in the bathroom when I went in at 6am hitting my shoulder. The manager came quickly to resolve it.

The hotel is great, and the key is that there is an all-inclusive package, which opens the Jelly Sea with one click. I spent a few days lying and eating by the sea, and felt that the time was too short! Great hotel - close to the airport, attached to Dubai Festival Mall, room was comfortable and clean, amenities like the pool were wonderful. Was originally thrilled that the lobby has a Starbucks, but the only downside was the price gouging ($11 US for a coffee).
