It was too hot to enjoy the beach, but the multiple cooled pools kept us happy. They offered pleasant complimentary refreshments every 90 minutes. Everything is great in this hotel. Staff is super friendly and nice. The rooms are very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay except one issue which brought us comfort. Our room was connecting room and the door inbetween didnt have proper isolation and we could hear everything going on at the other room. This made problems for our sleeping unfortunately.

Fantastic hotel with great service! Location is okay. The only issue I had, was one of the toilet seats in my suite had a red stain which we seen after we checked in. Huge thanks to the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism! During the Middle East conflict, after paying for my first night, they extended my stay for another 8 days free of charge. All I had to do was provide my earliest flight booking and cancellation notice. The hotel room was spacious, and the twin beds at 1.4 meters were perfect for two adults and one child. It's right in the city center, and the mall directly across the street covers all your dining and shopping needs. For breakfast, they had Chinese noodles with soybean paste and some vegetables, though the variety wasn't extensive.

This hotel is popular with Chinese tour groups, so the breakfast menu conveniently includes Chinese options. The room decor is simple and stylish. Its location is fantastic, right between the Presidential Palace, the Louvre, and the Grand Mosque, making it easy to get around by taxi. Plus, there's a free YAS EXPRESS bus right outside the hotel that goes to all four Yas Island theme parks.

The hotel is quite large, but the entrance is surprisingly small. The rooms are a bit dated but relatively spacious. There's a shopping mall diagonally across the street with a supermarket in the basement, which is very convenient for shopping. The hotel breakfast has Chinese labels and a noodle bar, and their rolled pancake is quite good.

Great property! I would say is if you are going just as a couple, there is A LOT of families with kids even in the pool area around the bar and that wasn’t very nice. Also, not much reservations available for the restaurants for dinner. The day we got there we wanted to book and everything was booked out. But besides that, our room was beautiful, the hotel was so clean and the food was good.

The twin room was quite spacious and clean. They have a pool, and the location is convenient with easy access to transportation, plus it's close to the airport. The breakfast had a good variety, though it wasn't quite suited for a Chinese palate. Overall, I was pretty satisfied!

Muslim shower with washing closet was so difficult to use as it required to hands to press open the shower  The sink of washroom was blocked and draining very slow No combs / dental kit / has to ask for it  The wash room use was disappointing in terms of plumbing issues as described.

Room is spacious. Nearby airport. Walkable to metro station. Not sure if there is an airport shuttle as on our arrival we took e hailing as there were not reply from the hotel despite several messages. However on our departure they provide us as shuttle bus to airport.

Facilities: The hotel's environment, pool, and private beach are all fantastic. As soon as you arrive at the beach, someone immediately helps you set up your lounge chairs and even brings chilled water, which is incredibly thoughtful! There were very few Chinese guests at this hotel; most were from Europe and the Americas. The hotel has a swimming pool, which was lovely for a swim. Breakfast was just okay. One of the staff members at the front desk was quite rude; I felt he wasn't suited for the service industry. He had a sour expression the entire time I was dealing with him.
