We stay in beginning of July 2 nights but actually not enough.Place so big and many things for kids to play.Especially water park needs at least 1 day to spend.Hotel offer upgrade your room with reasonable price ,it’s was unbelievable.Didn’t regret.

Location wise it's at convenient place. They provide shuttle services to Dubai Mall. Overall convenient & nice. They do regular cleaning as usual. They also attend on cleaning as you may need. Hotel services had been good .

Large territory, there is a shuttle bus, a good breakfast with musical accompaniment - flute and saxophone. There is a mini zoo, horse riding, a mini water park, several swimming pools. Peacocks walk throughout the hotel.

An open shuttle goes around the territory, and you can meet roe deer and peacocks along the way. The hotel is showing its age, and it definitely needs some renovations. There were ongoing works on the floor where we stayed, which made the stay less comfortable. Service was not great either — staff seemed unaware of trip.com as a booking site, which caused some inconvenience during check-in. Great service and staff, everyone is polite, room is clean and everything is top notch.

The hotel is great! Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is perfect! The only problem is the lack of information of the shuttle bus. It took us almost two hours to find it. I called the hotel and emailed twice but still didn’t get the information of how and where to look for the shuttle bus. It is on the third floor of the airport. Had a great stay in this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, it was a great family spot. I have to make a shout out to a guy at the concierge called Moses, he went out of his way to help at 4am in the morning when my daughter got sick. Slightly far away from Major attractions but the shuttle service to the Dubai mall was good. I’d recommend it if you are after a family friendly beach spot

I like the hotel because a lot of activities for children But when I do check in I’m waiting more than 1 hours I recommend have more number of staff in reception also the parking in hotel bad because they throw my car in the sun 3 days, than bring my car dirty  Also every time we wait for breakfast more than half in hours . 

Hotel facilities are very good for kids, but pool bar is far from the pool Breakfast was good at the 8 floor restaurant and staff are energetic specially Egyptian guy I don’t remember the name  They decided to do a fire drill on a busy long weekend when the hotel is fully booked !!! Great place for families with kids. Have a big sized pool area for kids with a lazy river and a few slides. Their private beach has a pool with a mini obstacle course and a small volleyball net. There are dedicated pkay areas with attendants for kids. Good breakfast as well. Overall a very good option for families with kids under 12!

The room inside was nice, the air conditioning blows right on the bed, so it's either hot or freezing cold at night. This is especially a problem with a small child. We had a large balcony but, a few floors down there was a giant be the looks of it air conditioning complex for the entire hotel. It was very loud night and day.
