The hotel, itself, is: 1) in a great location- near the sea, 2) close to the city's centre; 3) has unexpected, surprisingly quaint rooms with most everything needed (including nice views); 4) awesome elevator; 5) a very clean property (inside and out!); extremely polite, pleasant, giving staff; and 6) only a bit more than a kilometer from the train station

Good place to stay when in Mariupol. 5 min to sea and some nice restaurants around. Breakfast could use a freshen up.

It's a very good price/quality ratio and I always felt great in there. A bit weird how they choose to ask for confirmation of booking, but went there several times and never had any trouble.

The pool is nice, clean but small. There is nothing in the area except the port, which is worth seeing in the evening. The food was decent, they took barbecue and breakfast pancakes and buckwheat milk porridge

Very nice stay! An odd place in an odd location but turned out to be well worth the detour (we did cycle touring). Bring cash! You can pay with card in the bar but it's better to pay for the room in cash

Nice location, excellent breakfast, welcoming staff. Although receptionists speak Ukrainian, you feel a bit uncomfortable inside rooms: no information in this language.

Spent few days at the cottage with family. Was great!!! The room service starts working around 10am and you can grill your food. The rooms are not bad at all, a bed with tv and fridge

Clean hotel! Good location, close to the beach. Free parking outside the hotel walls, cheap, payed (≈25UAH/day) and guarded parking 5 minutes up the street from the hotel. Can recomend and would visit again!

The location is conducive to arrival by car - to go to the beach on the spit or Horse. But at the same time, the place is quiet, impassable. The only negative is a little tired furniture, but not critical

Albeit a tad bit outdated (IMHO), the customer service is superb. Rooms are clean and extra linens provided. Located at the beachfront, the balconies open a few meters away from the sea

You simply can't get a place closer to the sea than this hotel. Feels like sleeping on the beach. Especially great off-season

From cool, so is the Breakfast on the room terrace which is separated from the beach by a glass partition. Weather we are not very pleased with this visit, so enjoy the sea right from the bed rooms

Dear brothers, a sunbed for rent and a place for rent are different things, one is rented for a day, the other for 49 years through the bulk and no closer than 50 meters from the sea (if it has not changed)

There are also rooms with direct access to the regular and children's pools (in the children's include heating after 10 am). Sunbeds near the pools were always in the right amount and free of charge

Some "smart guys" rented sun loungers on the beach in the evening and took places in the shade closer to the sea, often then they didn't even appear all day, but an honest rental employee would not let them take a place

On the way to the sea there is a shop, then a cafe, after going down to the beach (15-20 steps, not annoying at all) there is a bar on the beach and a beach with shady canopies

The territory and the beach are cleaned every day. Very few smokers were noticed (special places are reserved for them), almost all of them were vacationing with children or waiting for them to appear

There was a mini bar near the pools - convenient. Also, swimming procedures were musically accompanied (with a break for a lunchtime nap)

Ordering is via a convenient chat bot (!!!) in advance; b) everything is thought out for vacationers - both a shower in the yard to wash off the sand, and the provision of sun loungers and umbrellas (with installation) right on the beach by hotel employees; c) a separate cozy location for eating; d) extremely polite and tidy staff; e) room cleaning with change of linen and towels every 2nd day

A good hotel, with comfortable and clean rooms, the administration took care of very nice details: sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, dishes in the room, a spacious refrigerator, a safe, etc

The room (we had a SeaView Studio type) is comfortable, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay for a family with children (details on the hotel website)
