Inexpensive accomodations in Kiev

There are no sockets, only near a small table under the TV and that's it, there is no table near the bed, there is no bigger table, we laid on the bedside table, but there are no chairs, we had to move the sofa to the cabinet, gently but so lacking a bigger table and to move

There is no Ervik in the toilet, which is very convenient and pleasant, because there is no corridor right in the room, and most importantly, there are no lamps, they are not near the bed, the light is bright general, and the TV light is not so cozy, it's a pity

A small cozy hotel with a sauna and an enclosed patio lined with roses and other flowers. We stayed in room 9 and were very satisfied. Air conditioning works great, clean, comfortable light, good bed linen, chic towels

The check-in time is calculated hour by hour. And MOST IMPORTANT - respectful attitude and attention of the staff. They helped us even in those issues that are not related to the tasks of the administration

There was a painting of an important event, they rented a superior suite. It was very nice that a nice gift of champagne was waiting in the room. Loved the TV in the room with internet very convenient

They paid attention and showed concern. And it is precisely this - human attitude - that many times overrides any everyday shortcomings such as torn wallpaper or the absence of a golden toilet bowl

Good inexpensive mini-hotel in the center. Located in a quiet side street in an old house with thick walls. Comfortable, clean room, very pleasant staff. Remained satisfied with everything.

Very safe, quiet and peaceful, despite the central location. My room had a nice balcony to sit and have a coffee at. Room equipped with refrigerator, capsule machine and safety deposit box

The on site restaurant is amazing, but I wish they kept the small seating area by the reception reserved for the hostel guests as a common area in the evening, because while the restaurant is open you can not enjoy your own drinks and food as it becomes part of the restaurant for some reason

Overall amazing stay, and I will absolutely be staying there again next time I visit Kyiv

The hostel is spotless, well organized, and feels safe and relaxed. The beds are comfortable, the common areas are perfect for hanging out and meeting great people, and the overall vibe is just awesome

Our favorite aspect was our gorgeous balcony! great to sit and chat. The location is awesome, close to many restaurants, food shops etc

Globe Runner Hostel completely exceeded my expectations

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful — they genuinely go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of

Other than that, super clean centrally located towel provided clean bedding and super comfy bed! Highly recommended 😊 Also very quiet which gives you all the privacy! AC in the room, hot water, good water pressure, clean kitchen with kettle and microwave

The check in was pretty smooth eventhough the lady at the counter said i need to add 100 more for early check in which i dont understand since the bed was already available

I was worried that it would be a noisy hotel but it was super quiet. The staff is very helpful and the place is very clean

They have lockers that you can keep your stuff in, as well as a refrigerator if you want to get some groceries while you stay. They have different names for the rooms, I stayed in the "Guardians of the Galaxy" room

The lady at the front desk said that there was an elevator, but I never saw it. Only issue was that I couldn't figure out how to take a hot shower. Possibly user error, so take my experience with a grain of salt

Its hostel so don't expect miracles :) not very clean bathrooms but they had hot water and that's was perfect for me. Small kitchen enough to prepare your meals. Also you could leave your food in the fridge

Easy access/short walk to metro. There is few supermarkets on the main road and the best Pyzata Chata food restaurant ever. They serve local and traditional food for excellent price 👌

Rented my own single room here and was great. Very good price for 5 nights and lovely receptionist that stayed all night to make sure that place is safe

Decent hostel,stayed in a double room,beds are comfortable and don't squeak,sound insulation is good,the toilet and shower clean,kitchen was unable to use it since it was full of people,staff mostly helpful and friendly,we liked

The majority of the staff speak passable English. The rooms are clean, they have 2 western toilets, 2 squat toilets and 2 urinals. They have male & female shower rooms. They have a washing machine also

Feels a bit more like social housing than a hostel. Good location and cheap so there is that. Internet is fine.

I stayed a few nights in this wonderful hostel during my trip to Kiev. This place is very welcoming and happy. The room and the common areas were sparklingly clean and the whole atmosphere was great

Unfortunately there is no cozy chill room and therefore not to much opportunity to talk to other tourists. The toilets are clean and the shower is very good. The staff is friendly and 24/7 there for you

Z Hostel is my go-to any time I am going through Kyiv. The prices are fair, the guests are respectful, and you can reserve rooms through their website for free

The staff are also tremendous, and the place offers a free, if modest breakfast, as well as free luggage storage on checkout day

Room was a bit difficult to breath at night due to lack of ventilation. The more people, the less oxygen. Also, some noise at night by boys in the building. Seemed safe, and a nice seating area

I found choosing a hostel in Kyiv strangely difficult; some were cheap but far away; others were cheap and well located but looked terrible

The only thing I disliked quite a lot are the beds, they are maybe 5-10cm thin and it feels like sleeping on bare wood or on the floor, I'm lucky that I can fall asleep almost everywhere but if you're hard to sleep somewhere new and uncomfortable you'll have troubles with the beds I would recommend the experience as it is very nice, even though it's a little more expensive than others

You have everything you need inside the capsule an electricity socket, full light for the capsule, a small mirror with quite light, a relaxing light help you to sleep with such stars ceiling and two small ventilation fans one to allow fresh air go inside other one to take out the air outside

The service is awesome since I entered the place. The staff are very friendly specially "tatyana" she is very helpful and friendly. The place is too clean and neat. The metro is beside the hostel literally next door

I love the fact that you have total privacy inside your capsule, regardless being a "hostel". The capsules are big enough so you feel comfortable in them. Breakfast is the only thing I'd skip next time

Everything is very clean, even the toilets and showers are in good condition. They have a small kitchen and lounge where you can spend time on some sofas/chairs they have or cook your food

They have a small fridge with drinks and other things to eat which are very cheap, I don't think the breakfast is worth it as I think it was only some kids orange juice and one more thing, if you're very hungry it's ok but not for long

The pluses: could do laundry for a fee (though instruction/ explanation really wasn't clear, cheap and easy to get into town with - lots of bus connections available

A quaint and wonderful place in the center of the city. A full working kitchen and absolutely clean rooms. You will be amazed how close the grocery stores are from this location just 3 minutes in any direction
