The rooms are clean and nice looking, the staff is also polite. But I didn’t like the fact that there was only one socket in the room and, for example, my room didn’t even have a shower curtain, so it was very easy to flood the floor. Bed linen and towels were provided clean. There is also a table and a couple of chairs in the room. Generally ok.

The rooms are well cleaned, clean and tidy. The rooms are cozy and have TV and internet. The most important thing is hot water, but if there were personal hygiene products, everything would be perfect.

Lunch It was great but the main thing i appreciated i had a bus to catch at 630am so i checked out at 5am and they had the most epic lunch box prepared for me with maybe the best sandwich ive ever had. Id go back just for another sandwich

You need to notify guests that the spa will not be available if they don't book it in advance. We were very disappointed to find that absolutely no services were available when we arrived. Also, you should give guests two room keys if there's more than 1 person in the group. Very inconvenient to share 1 key, especially because the lights turn off if someone needs to take it with them.

Really great staff in a very nice area of the city. Although not near city center, Bolt is very inexpensive and metro station is nearby. I could not have been happier and highly recommend this property. Two minor suggestions: Provde tissues and paper towels.

Excellent location, good transport interchange, nearby there are supermarkets, cafes, metro, attractions within walking distance. The service is super, the staff is friendly, they extended the room until the evening without any problems, we had a bus late in the evening. the room is cozy, clean and comfortable with a good view of the city! Very nice hotel It's a very nice hotel right next to Andryinvski descent. The hotel is shining clean, the staff is friendly. Its located within a short walk both from Podil entertainment district and the sights of the city center. Highly recommended

This hotel is located in a very beautiful suburbs of Kyiv, surrounded with pine forest. The site is not so big and everything is pretty compact. You have an outdoor swimming pool, SPA amenities inside, a tennis court and some billiards. The facilities look a bit tired, the hotel needs refurbishment and upgrade. The cuisine is good, although the breakfast is a bit modest, the service is ok.

Nice place to have a rest as corporate party or in a big company of friends or family. All possible SPA services included, activities and restoran. Barmens are the best staff with nice sense of humour and doing all their best to help you:) Recommended!

Nice hotel around 60 km away from the city, right on the highway but not noisy, the hotel itself is a bit old, food is good but slightly expensive, pick up a cycle and explore around.

The apartment I had was very close to the city centre, well-maintained and safe building. The apartment itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and all the amenities worked as expected. We spent 4 nights in June. Perfect location, clean room and sort of helpful staff. There's a huge air-conditioning issue for the bathroom. It stinks if you dont use room perfume If you dont mind spending time in the room and looking for good and cheap location this is the place, if not, there are much better options.

True bargain for its location. In the heart of Kiev, close to all amenities, 5 minutes walking distance to Maidan Square and Khristatik Avenue and from there you are only limited by your imagination. The only thing that is on the negative is that the cable TV covers only Ukrainian channels. Otherwise there is a built in small kitchen if one decides to cook. Great location on a great price.

Nice hotel, lots of goodies provided in the room... Soaps, slippers, gown, etc... The rooms are set away from the road so it is very quiet, didn't hear any noise. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I needed to change my booking dates which they did without any issue or charge after I emailed them.
