Welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful building and warm and cosy room whilst outside temperature was far below zero.
Very comfortable pillows and a great bed.
Very quiet over night so slept undisturbed.
Great collection of choices for breakfast and view over the town centre from the restaurant.
Plenty of parking space available.
The hotel has it's own power supply and heating.
There is also a shelter below the ground floor.
Highly recommended hotel. Very close to the centre of the town.

Beautifully restored citadel tower which is part of a bigger citadel complex. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff at reception. Well appointed spacious and comfortable, clean rooms. Dinner on premises was superb. Never had such a tender steak before (almost 500g), and the restaurant waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely return when staying in Lviv; highly recommended.

The place is beautiful, exceptional. Visiting it for decades now. Beautiful garden, place hotel. But the restaurant- the worst experience ever. The attitude of the waitresses is just lowest. Despite kind requests to be served within 30 minutes- disregarded, part forgotten, no apologies. While the summer terrace is 10% filled, 4 waitresses stand and do nothing. The owners should pay attention to such staff as they just ruin the reputation of the 5 star hotel. Seriously, disgusting, disrespectful, disappointing attitude ever. Do not recommend to the visitors at all.

The hotel itself is nice and comfortable with a good breakfast and friendly staff. However, the personnel in the restaurant on the terrace tried to cheat us. They delivered cheaper brandy than ordered and charged 10 percent more than the price in the menu. That was a real disappointment considering that it is a five star hotel. Definitely my last stay in that hotel, fortunately there are other good options available in Lviv.

Great hotel with the amazing view on the city from the hill. There is a restaurant in the garden and also one under the roof. Very delicious meals! And a wonderful place to spend your time with family or friends!

i think it could have been more value for money
No swimming pool or Spa as it is a historic building but it is called Resort !
breakfast needs an upgrade definitely.
rooms are fine but i think it needs a bit modernisation , shower rooms are too narrow TV especially needs attention, nothing for Tourists only Local channels so if you don't know Russian , good luck 😉, Around the hotel is good for strolling and can't complain about the staff , they are all kind and nice but Value for the money not

Was there for a couple days ago. They didn’t turn heating on so I have got a cold . The rooms are not so clean and new as on the photos. Strange stinky smells and a lot of dust. I do not recommend this place

Very nice hotel in the center of Lviv 😍 We had a cozy, spacious and well-equiped apartment, big balcony with a view to the old rooftops.
There is wifi, possibility to order breakfast, wash your laundry, safely park a motorbike.
Not as cheap as a hostel, but affordable.

Really nice hotel&hostel - modern clean rooms, great friendly positive staff, nice breakfast area.The hotel was modern, well decorated, clean and tidy - a typical European style chain hotel. Our room was very very clean. 5 STAR HOUSE KEEPING STAFF!!! THANK YOUUUUU.

The staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean, common spaces were nice, and the breakfast was amazing. The croissants served at breakfast were to die for. My only complaint is that we were there in the dead of summer and the rooms got very hot even with leaving the windows open. Also, the windows don't have bug screens and the only way to tolerate the heat was to leave the windows open which lead to lots of mosquitos and bugs flying around.

Nice off-the-path hotel. Food store, restaurants, pubs, and city sights within short walk. Receptionist was wonderful and spoke good English. The room was nice, fully equipped kitchenette. Slept great, receptions had to awaken me so I wouldn't miss my train, above and beyond. Thank you. I will return.
