The bed is comfortable, not squeaky, the bed linen is clean, new, everything is white. The overall impression is very positive. The administrators are friendly, ready to help with a kettle and any questions

Special attention attracts a SPA with many treatments - various massages, relaxation areas, salt baths, aromasauna, restaurant, have a great and healthy time. A 20-minute walk away the chic Arcadia beach

Even the Hairdryer in the room is. Most of all I liked the pool. After a day of running around, so nice to swim in cool clean water

The hotel has everything you need, gym, liked the modern equipment. And the location of the hotel is very good - walking in the Botanical garden is very close. My impressions about the hotel only positive!

The blue-gray interior is gorgeous; cosy coffee shop which doubles as the foyer and serves good cappuccino. -we did not have breakfast, but it is a limited choice served-to-order in the foyer/coffeeshop area

There's a window if you need some fresh air, but the noise from Deribasovskaya Street, especially in the evenings, isn't as distracting as in other rooms, and there's a curtain on the window

Nice hotel. Did not find the swimmingpool that should be includid but the sea is close by. Room is clean. Price quality ratio is quite good.

There's nothing much to do in the Winter, except stroll along the beach and enjoy the fresh sea air. But in Summer it is packed with restaurants, bars and a nice place to be in general.

Secure parking, near the beach, big rooms and most inportant: good beds. The price was low, perhaps because the lockdown ended several days ago. For this price i was happily surprised. Will come back again

It's a very good price/quality ratio and I always felt great in there. A bit weird how they choose to ask for confirmation of booking, but went there several times and never had any trouble.

The pool is nice, clean but small. There is nothing in the area except the port, which is worth seeing in the evening. The food was decent, they took barbecue and breakfast pancakes and buckwheat milk porridge

Very nice stay! An odd place in an odd location but turned out to be well worth the detour (we did cycle touring). Bring cash! You can pay with card in the bar but it's better to pay for the room in cash

Nice location, excellent breakfast, welcoming staff. Although receptionists speak Ukrainian, you feel a bit uncomfortable inside rooms: no information in this language.

Spent few days at the cottage with family. Was great!!! The room service starts working around 10am and you can grill your food. The rooms are not bad at all, a bed with tv and fridge

Booked less than an hour prior late night arrival, easily got our early check-in, after check out left our luggage in a locker at the hotel

Albeit a tad bit outdated (IMHO), the customer service is superb. Rooms are clean and extra linens provided. Located at the beachfront, the balconies open a few meters away from the sea

You simply can't get a place closer to the sea than this hotel. Feels like sleeping on the beach. Especially great off-season

From cool, so is the Breakfast on the room terrace which is separated from the beach by a glass partition. Weather we are not very pleased with this visit, so enjoy the sea right from the bed rooms

Good hotel, with bathroom, high ceilings and comfortable seating. Surprisingly, in the city center during the day, people were not particularly heard outside the window and it was possible to sleep after a long journey

Visited as a couple, overall we were satisfied, polite staff, safe and quiet place, but there is something more to add in terms of comfort details (bathrobes, shoehorn, clothes brush, disposable personal hygiene products)
