I stayed here when I was in Odessa and it was comfortable. It is slightly away from most of the sights in the centre of the city.

I stayed in a very large room for a good price. The hotel is in a very quiet location. The most important problem for me was when i went in to shower, the water was not hot. It was only 'warm'. They must solve this problem. Breakfast is not perfect for the price, but when you ask, the lady in the kitchen cooks 'crepes' for you, which is great! I ate 4 crepes, ready made, hot. There are several advantages in this hotel: the location is Central, the restaurant with Georgian cuisine (always wonderful), the room – clean and tidy, the atmosphere is wonderful!

It's a very good price/quality ratio and I always felt great in there. A bit weird how they choose to ask for confirmation of booking, but went there several times and never had any trouble.

Clean and quiet rooms. Staff can speak English, knows surrounding and is helpful. Restaurant on fifth floor has quite nice view and very reasonable prices.

Staff were fabulous, even carried my bag to the room up 3 flights of stairs...made sure that I was safe and that the taxi showed up on time whenever i ordered it!

Quaint older style hotel in the bustling Port area. Helpful staff and nice comfortable facilities. I didn't particularly care but it was perhaps a little noisy being in the middle of such a vibrant part of Odesa. Then at 10 o'clock was quiet again due to curfew.

Stayed in August 2021. Honestly expected more from this price point. There is no sound insulation at all, so it seems that you are constantly walking over your head. There are few sockets and a lot of crosses what and how to connect. The pool is nice, clean but small. There is nothing in the area except the port, which is worth seeing in the evening. The food was decent, they took barbecue and breakfast...

Very nice stay! An odd place in an odd location but turned out to be well worth the detour (we did cycle touring). Bring cash! You can pay with card in the bar but it's better to pay for the room in cash. The disco pool was fun and people where relaxed. Nice staff! (And a very cute cat)

Clean hotel! Good location, close to the beach. Free parking outside the hotel walls, cheap, payed (≈25UAH/day) and guarded parking 5 minutes up the street from the hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Can recomend and would visit again!

Spent few days at the cottage with family. Was great!!! The room service starts working around 10am and you can grill your food. The rooms are not bad at all, a bed with tv and fridge. The shower has hot water and they give stuff like in hotel rooms. You have 2 kids playground which is great a secure.

I used to stay @ Mezzanine September 2021. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway or business trip in Odessa. Location - its a pure center of the city. They are very interested in your satisfaction, and comfortable. especially Nastya is the most friendly and sympathetic we have seen. Would recommend to anyone visiting Odessa. Rooms are clean and modern. I paid 950 uah. They need to upgrade the hot drinks service in the business room though. I wasn't able to get a cup of coffee with milk in the morning. Just hot water and teas were available. Maybe a coffee dispensing machine would be nice? Think there's one in the reception tbh but I didn't realize until I was leaving!

Excellent place for accomodation in Odessa. Boutique, stylish, with very friendly staff makes a perfect spot for exploring Odessa. Location is perfect if you wanna concentrate to city centre and a bit far if you wanna explore the beaches. Its also sparkling clean, with out of this world hiden inner terrase. I recommend it!

Booked less than an hour prior late night arrival, easily got our early check-in, after check out left our luggage in a locker at the hotel. Definitely recommend this place if you for a couple of days in Odessa...

Of course, parking is difficult, there is almost never free space. It would also be super to have an elevator in the hotel to get to the third floor not only by stairs. This hotel is definitely not suitable for disabled people.

Great hotel!! Great staff! Everything is clean, tidy and top notch! The location is just awesome! City center - theater, Potemkin stairs, funicular, everything is nearby!! In the evening a great variety of restaurants and cafes! BUT despite this location, the room is quiet and peaceful!

Albeit a tad bit outdated (IMHO), the customer service is superb. Rooms are clean and extra linens provided. Located at the beachfront, the balconies open a few meters away from the sea. However, the internet is poor and cannot support video calls.
