The location is inside A14 service station, and there are many shops as M&S, Costa, Mcdonald's, and so on. An tesco extra is also closer to this hotel. It was good that the parking fee is free here. My room is behind the reception and it was a little noisy. You should ravoid choosing the room, if possible.

Affordable cost! Given a free parking, which was bonus.
As located in service station, a selection of fast-food restaurant is available nearby.
Cleanliness is not great! Visible crumbs on the carpet and drawers, with filthy looking curtains.
Breakfast is available on site but a but pricey should you decide to have it daily over a 3 day booking. Decision to make it a try on our first day, not a fan. Staff in the kitchen not friendly. Not attempted to make conversation (as if not heard us) at all when asked if topping up as containers were mostly empty and not even closing time yet. Definitely not value for money .
Reception staff are great!
Over all experience - satisfactory. Will consider staying again (hope they improve with cleanliness)

Pros: Many restaurants next to hotel, spacious room, water is hot and strong enough for a soothing shower (you can even sit down during shower), basic amenities are all provided, friendly staff
Cons: Tissue and toilet paper are not refilled before check-in, bed sheets are a bit dusty, controller of heater is broken

Excellent hotel for an overnight stay, and excellent price. Lots of food choices in the Mall next door. Fantastic all around, would recommend.

This is near the service centre. Not near town centre. Not too bad.

Good evening meal on first night. Staff kindly organised a number of taxi trips for us, saving me the hassle .

The room was spacious, beds comfortable and a good shower.

Staff courteous. Breakfast was good.
