Great place to stay with generous breakfast buffet. Good for solo travellers and couples. Not far from West End

The location is really convenient as there are many buses downstairs that go to almost every tourist attraction in London! The room is spacious and clean with a nice bathroom just next to my room. The breakfast is also delicious with many food choices. Highly recommend it to solo traveler!

What a gem! Friendly staff, clean room, quiet central location, fantastic breakfast. Can’t believe this place exists and will definitely use again when visiting London

However, the room is quite small, the soundproofing is poor, and the cleanliness of the shared bathroom is only average. Although free luggage storage is provided, the management is disorganized and left unattended, relying on self-service card access, which poses a significant security risk.

Location is great. There’s a bus stop right in front. It’s shared bathroom but I never bump into other people in the hallway. Breakfast was good. Just the furnitures are quite old. Maybe my block was older one. A friend of mine got a room at the newer block and it’s way better. But I’m happy with this accommodation. Will recommend it if you’re going for basic amenities. Oh, free WiFi too.

Undoubtedly the best London pub named for a Jake Thackray song. Menu commendably cheese-centric, but could be clearer about indicating when areas are reserved.

The cheese melts and fries are really good. I just had a bad experience with service as I came here with a group of 15 and everyone got their food except me. Staff did apologise as they forgot to put my order through, but getting your food after everyone had finished isn't ideal and they could've offered another drink or discount on the meal to make amends for the error. I think it was just bad luck and I would visit again

Nice little pub close to a university so periodically filled with students. A little on the pricey side but friendly staff a generally pleasant atmosphere.
