Great location, very quiet and peaceful, but central and super close to public transport/main attractions. Easy to get around and the 24/7 check in was a big plus for me.
Breakfast was great, considering the price I didn't expect to get neither variety nor. the quality but it was great.
Took out one star for cleanliness, due to the fact that showers were not maintained frequently enough and some other guests left their thing in the shower, which was not great. Other than that - it is ok. the room was very clean and the bed was comfy

I have booked for a guest. The guest replied that the Room is not clean enough. Hairs found on pillow. Though he arrived at London early in the morning , stressed and tired . The staff insisted on 3:00pm check in. No early check in is allowed.

Very good location, easy to find, easy access. All you need for a short stay in London.
Breakfast was also good 4/5. Just the breakfast hall a bit small and tight for many people.
Shared showers were clean, but would require something to store clothes and could use a mat to not put stuff on the wet slightly flodded floor.
Room was clean and towels, shower gel and shampoo were great. Bed was a bit lower in the middle so a couple would slide a bit too the middle, but rest was great.
Would come again :)

I come back for graduation ceremony and lived here for 3 nights. It reminds me of the memories living in the LSE hall. It’s so clean and quiet with good location.
I’m very happy to choose here as my last staycation in London.

Its term time student accommodation for LSE - so unsurprisingly basic with shared bath/ shower facilities. Overall - the basic accommodation is totally offset by the suburb location, friendly staff and amazing breakfast. I will be staying here (out of term time) every occasion possible. The value is worth it. Highly recommended.

This is an LSE undergraduate dormitory with an excellent location. Bus routes are just a 5-minute walk away, and the British Museum is a 15-minute walk. Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find Marks & Spencer Food, KFC, and other supermarkets, making it quite convenient and safe. Breakfast is included, but you have to go before 9 AM if you want fruit. The coffee machine is pretty good. Overall, it's considered extremely good value for money in London.

The hotel was a good option for a one night stay. Not more. Some of the staff were gentile but some not. The rooms are okey. Very useful to have a sink inside the room, but the bathrooms were a little too far away and not really clean. Another negative point is the service for the breakfast. Even though the variety of food is quite good, there’s only one coffee machine for all the hostel, and we had to do a queue of 30 minutes to serve our food. Good point: you can leave your stuff for free after check out.

Staff during lunch time speak very poor English especially the young woman server. Makes ordering very awkward, they couldn't understand that I wanted to use my subcard points for my order.

Very bad service. The didnt know how to use the system and refused my free birthday cookie. Literally said “we don’t know how to use the new system” and refused it. Unacceptable

A subway is an American term for the underground or an English alternative term for a pedestrian only underpass invariably covered in graffiti and smelling of stale urine.
To name a shop that sells sandwiches and rolls with dubiously named artery clogging fillings a "subway" with drab and off putting decor and odour is (perhaps) not an unintentional mistake.
