Good location accessible within walking distance with two train stations, closest one is Piccadilly line and a bit further is Central line. Nice, clean hotel with good variety breakfast menu.

Had an issue with no heating in the room - however the night manager was super helpful and brought us a heater - and gave us free breakfast the next day as a sorry which was most appreciated

Location is very good, very near the underground.
Hotel breakfast is good but no boiled egg.
There is a cinema and bowling centre within 10 minutes walk. Co-op is within 2 minutes walk.

An ok experience, everything was very basic and just satisfactory. The rooms are not that big and equipped with just the bare necessities. The hot water in our sink basin didn’t work at night but was ok in the morning. Carpet in room had stain marks and so did the walls. Breakfast was also just satisfactory, only scrambled eggs available - not poached or boiled. Overall not anything ‘Hilton’ about the stay.

Hotel location near to underground station so it is very convenient. Breakfast is ok and taste good. However the sound insulation is quite poor, you are going to hear what people is doing at the next door.

2 mins walk from the underground station which is fantastic.
Be mindful of the parking charge of £20 per day though. Parking is underground, ideal and safe in winter.

While not centrally located, the hotel is very close to the subway station, making subway access convenient. The hotel breakfast was decent and filling; they even offered a make-your-own waffle station (though the waffles themselves were nothing special). The female staff member who handled my check-in wasn't particularly friendly, but there was also a male front desk staff member who spoke Chinese.

Booked this the night before a concert. Overall it has good transit access. The Piccadilly line is right next door. If coming to Wembly I’d definitely stay here. Pillows were a little too soft and the noise the next morning got a little loud but other than that I enjoyed my stay

Overall, a really good experience. While the location is a bit out of the way, it's very close to the subway station, putting you about 30 minutes from the city center. It offers great value for money, with modern facilities and a complimentary breakfast of good quality.

I wasn't sure about the location at first, but the food, service and hospitality outshines all original doubts, making it a jem in the gravel

Warm atmosphere and friendly greeting by staff.Very good choice of dishes and wines.There is always something special going on,either a farewell party for friends and collegues or a birthday party.There is always Stef the magician who does close up magic tricks at your table.And there is Rena Stefs mother to tell you a warm delightful story from the past.The food is as always top class and is the best restaurant in Ealing.

Lovely local Italian. Great food and sensibly priced good tasting wine. Always busy so best to book a table. You won't be disappointed! If you ask nicely Stefan might NOT do one of his magic tricks :-)
