I booked a twin accessible room, which looked great from the photos. The building was level access which was great. Staff were lovely on arrival and always friendly when approached. The building however was not so accessible friendly. Doorways and the lift were small, and the accessible room wasn’t as disabled friendly as hoped. I struggled to get into the room, and there was no room to manoeuvre a wheelchair inside. I couldn’t get past the beds to the bathroom. Luckily I can walk short distances so I could use a walking stick to get to the bathroom (which in itself was a great space. Ironically could have fit the wheelchair fine and the shower seat was a godsend). Definitely room for improvement. It ticks an accessible box but doesn’t deliver on functionality.

Everything was fine except one thing that is service. Housekeeping opened the door we we're there inside. She just 2 times didn't wait for response. Was shameless..

Stratford is a great place to stay, being on the Elizabeth, DLR, Mildmay, Central and Jubilee lines. The hotel is located a short walk from one of the station entrances. The room was lovely, spacious, able to control the heating and/or open the window, with a fantastic hot shower. The bar is OK, good for getting a bottle and a snack to take up anyway. Getting an Uber is easy, and safe as they pull into the little driveway right by the door

Excellent location (for the ABBA Voyage venue). Inside it looked all new and well maintained. Staff on the desk were lovely. Round the corner from the transport hub and Stratford centre shops. All in all great value stay.

I have been staying at this hotel since around 2017, whenever visiting London for business.
Considering the prices in the British capital, the ibis in Stratford is quite reasonably priced, particularly if one books in advance, and also signs up for their loyalty/ membership program (I think I got an extra 10% off with that alone).
The rooms are rather spacious and clean, the staff are always helpful, and friendly.
I have also had the breakfast included in the past, and, again, taking the London prices into account, one gets very good value for money with a large selection that is not limited to the full English breakfast, but also incudes quite a few healthier alternatives.
Location-wise, it is only a short walk (around 8-9 minutes) from the Stratford station, meaning easy access to more central locations, and there is a large supermarket just a minute away, with plenty of pubs, stores, and restaurants in close proximity.

The stay at ibis London Stratford was very comfortable and smooth. The hotel is well located with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean, well maintained, and had everything needed for a short stay. Staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Overall, it was good value for money and I would happily stay here again.

I have an 85 year old mother who fell ill before my stay, so I had to cancel my booking. These people with no common decency charged me for not coming. My mother was fitted with a pace maker last year

The Sunday roast is overpriced. Entire meal tasted like it was frozen and defrosted in a microwave (dry gravy sticked to the edges of the plate). Tasteless vegetables where the 50% was carrot.

Great place, one of the best pubs around. Good selection of beers and nice food served here. Outside seating and always has a space to sit and enjoy your time.

A low ceiling, Victorian pub. A typically east london seen of lads chatting about West Ham. Gals boogieing to 80s and 90s hits. The beer is good, though sold in plastic during the football.

Came on Thursday night, hardly any customers and lots of staff. No one to greet us as we came in, had to find our own tables and then ask for the menu after no one came for 10minutes. Food was bad, pizza didn't taste of anything. Low quality ingredients

There is a short man working there with glasses who appears extremely rude to the women who come in. I didn't appreciate that and I refuse to go again because of it. No woman should be subjected to that and they have better food and customer service at the café next door.

I just bought 6pieces of hot wings and it was £2,79.I gave the cashier £10 and got £7 back as a change, she didn’t even explain at all why she couldn’t able to give another 11pp. It’s just a small thing but it’s so dishonest. I’ve never experienced such things like that in another places, even the street venders.

This is an amazing halal KFC nice food staff are friendly too it's always clean and nice it generally a lovely place. Nice restaurant but small and big queues. Prices are the same as everywhere. friendly staff and usual KFC food. Staff were always cleaning and the place felt fresher than most fast food shop. would definitely recommend it any one.

I went there today with some work colleagues to get lunch and I can surely say I will never be going there again.
Filthy is an understatement the floor outside is cleaner, The tables clearly are not wiped regularly as there is bbq sauce stains and drinks that have spilt that has dried up. There was dirt that had just been swept into a corner near the bins and left. There was a rubbish bag that was left on the stairs that leads to the toilets. The staff member that was on the floor walking around had dirty uniform with white stains on them. It is literally awful and would not recommend going there!!
