The location was excellent and useful. The room was very overheated and stuffy but overall it was good. The hospitality was great and everyone was very welcoming. Once they didn’t clean up the room, even though they went past us on multiple occasions. If you are looking for a central area then this is perfect. Would rate 7/10, a few hiccups but recommended 😁.

I loved this hotel which is opposite Lime St. Station. I had a very quiet and comfortable room. The hotel is very clean. I didnt have breakfast or dinner in the hotel so cannot comment of the food.

Best Hotel in Liverpool city centre, only a 3 minute walk from lime street Station and your booked in your hotel Absolutely brilliant for couples who can’t cover great distances , The Hotel staff are brilliant and can’t help you enough, and if you stay for breckfast, the food and selection is delicious.

visited in December as well and the Christmas market is about 2mins walk from the hotel. the main shopping district is about 2-3mins walk as well. will visit again for sure if i’m in Liverpool.

Very helpful staff, the luggage store was really useful on arrival and departure days. It was a great location opposite the station, and easy to walk around the city and attractions. A lovely buffet breakfast and you could order omelette to be freshly made for breakfast.

another visit where using the app is brilliant, straight to a table, place the order and then the great staff bring your drink within minutes. had the classic burger very tasty and certainly filled the gap whilst waiting for the train, with the pub just across the road from Liverpool lime Street you only need to leave your seat at the last minute.

Best pub experience we have had in the UK. We have eaten in many pubs and this was by far the best. Great service. Food was brilliant and very affordable. Kids enjoyed it and the staff were extremely friendly toward them. Really topped off our day in Liverpool. Would recommend it and will go there again.

Always been a fan of Wetherspoons and this one did not disappoint. Came in with my friend to get some breakfast and we were both very pleased. I ordered a full English breakfast with no vegetables (sadly the beans still came with it hence the 4 stars not 5). The food tasted great, our drinks came quickly and the staff members were very polite :)

Its a wetherspoons... Love them or hate them the drinks are an awesome price! The pub is in between Lime Street Station and Central Station so is a good meeting place and definitely good shelter from the rain and cold if you have to wait around for friends or to get a train.

Lovely place, good atmosphere, went with the family after Xmas shopping. Down side it was very busy, but food was out in good time and we was pleasantly surprised how nice the food was. Very reasonably priced.

Hadn't been here in probably about 10 years as it was average back then. Made up that I came back tho, it's had a big refurbishment at some point and looks great. We had a sharing starter, pasta main and desert and couldn't fault any bit of the food. Some tasty cocktails and homemade lemonade available too. I will be going back and taking my friends and family. Reasonably priced too.

After hearing good things about the restaurant I decided to try for myself upon arrival I saw that the staff were very busy so was asked to take a seat fair enough however the seat was by a door being wedged open by a chair. This being a wet windy cold night was a bit ridiculous. Once sat down our waitress sauntered over with obvious disdain in her eyes. We ordered drinks and starters promptly they arrived shortly so far so good I looked across at my gf to see tears in her eyes due to the immense amount of smoke. Eating our meal starters I noticed that with each taste I was getting a burned taste due to the constant smell of burning it ruined the whole meal for us. Just a quick apology about the kitchen ventilation would of been nice and I would of understood but nope nothing the waitress was very complimentary to another couple but basically ignored us due to the fact that she knew them. I still tipped as I work in the hospitality industry myself but was not impressed at all.

Great little restaurant in Liverpool. The staff are Really helpful and friendly and great with children. The food is delicious and what I would expect to pay. Seemed busy mid afternoon but our food came in good time and the staff looked after us. Never disappointed when I go to an Ask restaurant.

Great Experience! I ate to my heart's content. Then the dessert was sinful. Not too sweet and definitely not bland. Was there with my family and everyone enjoyed themselves a lot. Truely, it's the place to go to have a nice time.

I had a small get together here with my family after my graduation from the University of Liverpool. Oh!!! The Fun we had. The restaurant Is below street level so we had to go down a flight of stairs. They had this old elevator for people with mobility issues. I was able to get my baby down in her stroller using this. Once we get walked in, we were attended to by the maitre'd. Lovely reception. Our order for drinks were immediately taken and the wait staff was just a beckon away. The buffet was piping hot and just as a tray was almost finishing they replenished.
They array of deserts was also very satisfactory. It was truly a all you can eat. We all felt that we got value for our money and will definitely visit again.

Great selection of very lovely contemporary oriental cuisine and really tasty meals. The ambience was quite serene, good for family with a dedicated baby changing room. Quite courteous and friendly staffs as well.

Nice food. It was a Saturday night and busy but we were seated fairly quickly and the food was constantly replenished. Reasonable prices for the food and drinks. Will be visiting again.

Very dissapointed to have to say this after all our years of eating here, visited the buffet on the wednesday 29 december 2017, complained to staff about a massive hair on ribs, the waitress changed the tongs it was attached to, then my freind went to the gents and whilst he was washing his hands, a male waiter came out of one of the toilet cubicles having finished what he went in there for and without washing his hands he went straight out the door and back onto the resturaunt floor, my freind followed him out totally disgusted and watched him pick up a stack of clean plates and put them below the hot food for customers to use, he then picked up a crate of childrens small glass dishes and put them next to the ice cream machine, my freind spoke to the supervisor made our complaint known, advised them to watch their own cctv, paid our £26 bill and left, NEVER EVER TO RETURN AGAIN, the waiters name was Tess, Absolutely Disgusting
