Overall I had a comfortable stay, the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and warm and had a good shower. The WiFi was a little slow at times but other than that I would definitely recommend. The location is central close to shops, bars, pubs and restaurants.

Have previously stayed in this hotel several times. We paid for a late check out but ended up having housekeeping knocking on our door and attempting to enter at 10am anyway 🙄. Our tv wasn’t working which go fixed quite promptly in fairness, our bed was rock hard though that we both woke up with sore backs. Not our usual standard of stay.

Bare and basic. The layout is is well-sign posted but the walks are lengthy to the room. We were in the last room and so it took probably 5 minutes to walk from reception. When inside the room, it was lacking any comforts. We were also next to a club playing music until well after midnight.

Never Again Accessibility: If you have the misfortune of being allocated a room on the 4th floor, prepare yourself for a journey. You must first take a lift to the first floor, walk along the corridor and navigate a set of stairs, then take another lift. Not exactly seamless. Heating: An ugly standalone air conditioning unit blowing suffocating hot air greeted me upon entry—not what I was expecting...

My partner and I stayed here 2 nights, for a concert. It’s no where near as close to the location as was said. Receptionist who checked us in was absolutely lovely, not very great with directions to our room though. Speaking of the room, it was absolutely freezing even with the hot air con on. Really plesent stay and have already recommended, rooms was comfortable with a desk, lamp, mirrors and hairdryer, tv very clean and spacious, My only negative and not at the fault of the hotel, is there is a lovely coctail bar opened behind which is rather noisy, we were room.126 directly opposite the entrance.. Hard Days Night Hotel is in the heart of The Beatles area, next to Mathew Street where The Cavern Club is located. Despite its being weekend, we didn't hear any noise at night from our room on the fifth floor. The bedroom was large and pleasant. (Our room had a picture of George - my favourite Beatle - on the wall, which made me very happy!) Things some people find remiss are (1) no fridge in the room...

The hotel & bar was great, we had a side room with a joining door, you could hear everything from the next door guests which you felt you had no privacy also we heard alot of noise from 6am every morning, road sweepers , rubbish Lorrie’s, glass collections etc… and the ballards made a warning announcement when vehicles going in and out so ask for an inside room if your a light sleeper, don’t waste...

When we got there the receptionist programmed the wrong room into our key so we accidentally went into an occupied room. We then had to change rooms as the first room we were booked into was cold and damp. The 2nd room was better but did have a lot of mould the walls around the windows. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay and the breakfast was good

we were upgraded to a bigger room in the basement with hot tub . it was enormous but the problem is we cannot sleep because of the exit light sign in the bedroom and the fridge they were constantly on. i brought the matter to the reception to ask if they can switch off the light but nothing has been resolved. for a room that can accommodate more than 10 people there should be at least two bathroom...

The stay was very pleasant ☺️ the room was very nice and comfortable 😊 The food even though we had just breakfast it was lovely and a good selection to choose from 😊 The Staff were all very pleasant and helpful and very smartly dressed.

More heating in the rooms, I was absolutely freezing. Complained to reception and they did nothing about it and said ‘you have a heater in your room’ which I knew but it wasn’t working. Friendlier staff at breakfast

Friendly staff. Nice food in the bar. Breakfast was varied and good. Coffee could do with improving though! Room was small but fine for me and my son. Big iron burn on the carpet though! And the bathroom could do with a clean. Our room wasn't serviced after our first day so had no tea/milks etc for our second morning but that's ok

An extremely convenient location if you have the Anfield club visit planned. Staff were extremely polite and friendly. Rooms could do with a bit more dusting as there were spider webs around and my kids were not happy. So its a good placecfor solo travellers but not for families with small kids.

I stayed at Hotel Anfield as I was going to a wedding at Isla Gladstone. The hotel was a few minutes walk to the venue so it was perfect. It would also be ideal for away fans going to Liverpool FC as the ground was also a few minutes walk to the ground. The people that were on duty while I was there were very friendly and helpful.

The room is not bad, but the shower gel like a water.

Smooth check in, guided to clean room. In-hotel bar was lovely with lots of TV screens showing sports. Plenty of outside seating to enjoy drinks. Was offered a croissant and orange juice when checking out in the morning. Lovely experience.

Great value for money, lovely staff on reception, easy check in. Room seemed clean and everything you needed but they are small and you have to climb over each other to get out of bed. Beds are raised quite high too so don't fall out lol. Close to so some good bars and restaurants. Mattress poor quality you could feel the springs.

Can’t fault this place. £40 for a room in the city centre on a match day night is ridiculously cheap. Have your own bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Bedding was spotless - reception very helpful and friendly Perfect for the price

Room was a bit crap. But you get what you pay for. I’m giving such a high rating purely based off of the lovely Daniel up front. He made the night 10x more enjoyable with his amazing hospitality. In my personal opinion, a raise is well deserved :)

We were bumped from the neighboring hotel and they were nice enoguh to let us stay for a few nights. The rooms were spacious and our room had a kitchen and a jacuzzi in it. There's a safe, fridge, towels, shower gel, shampoo, and hairdryer provided. It's an old building so there was nicknacks around that weren't properly working but it was a quiet hotel overall and great location!

Booked into here late due to work commitments, Ella was fantastic and really helpful, professional and polite. A huge credit to your business. The rooms are really big, great decor and comfortable beds. The spa bath in your room is fantastic for some bubbles and relaxing.

The air con was broken so had a noisy fan which was rubbish on a very hot day , carpet and hotel was not the cleanest, no roof top bar in week was open , had to pay £50 deposit for damage to room which said be back in my bank and after 10 days was told then 15 days , then weekend did not count as not working days .still waiting for manager to phone me and no one reply to emails. I had to request to change rooms as the first room was cold, but following that all was satisfactory and an enjoyable stay.

The room was really warm, like an oven… the fridge was really loud, the bed was hard and uncomfortable and the windows you could hear everything outside, the decor was moody teenager (painted all black) but the staff were super nice 😊

Staff all very pleasant and helpful ( my husband uses a wheelchair and they assisted with that) Breakfast good value, room nice and clean and I liked the “ informal” style of the place. Only thing I would say was I couldn’t turn off the radiator in the room at night but, as they had 24 hour desk service, I suppose I could have asked them.

Staff were fantastic. So friendly and chatty. For a busy part of Liverpool we were surprised how quiet it was. Disappointed the room didn't have shampoo/ conditioner etc. so had to shop for these nearby. Little niggles like the towels were only in shower room and not by bath, and no easy way of filling the kettle so used the bottles of water provided. Basic tea and biscuits. Just the little things...

The rooms were perfect for us and the staff were amazing - from suggesting different rooms that suited us better to letting our kids help them decorate the Xmas tree to putting up with our picky eaters at breakfast! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

We had a great stay here. Nice size carpark at the rear of the property. Hotel is located on a residential street and seems a safe area. Orrell Park train station is a 10 min walk away offering easy access to the city. The room was a good double, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Only one bedside cabinet, so maybe add one to the left of the bedside ?? Bathroom was spotless, good size and nice powerful...

There are great value hotels and then there are amazing value hotels. The Marlborough Hotel has recently been renovated and it’s been done very tastefully. You feel that there is a lot of quality to the place. The staff are very welcoming and very friendly. We felt instantly at home in a post Covid environment when everyone is a little bit apprehensive. this is a clean and good value for money hotel. you do have your own basin and shower. though the toilet is shared. outside the room very quiet. 10min walk to Waterloo main street. I would stay again

Staying here for a couple of nights, this is our first and it's 1am! Staff brilliant and have spent all evening down stairs at the bar having a nice chat with Ann who is working. She's given us lots of places to visit during our stay and has already gone above and beyond for us :) our room is huge, nicely decorated and modern with ensuite. Very very pleased so far.

Cheap and cheerful, it's really a B&B rather than a hotel! The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was also excellent served until 9:30am. It's perhaps due a bit of maintenance in places, but I couldn't complain about anything at the reasonable price. Went for 2nights midweek, hotel was lovely, rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were very nice and helpful. The lady serving breakfast (didn’t catch her name) she had blonde hair and wore glasses, she was so lovely, nothing was too much trouble for her, she was warm and very friendly. Hen party 6 of us shared a room with 3 Superking beds which on arrival the staff separated into singles for us with no hassle. Room huge but my only complaint is the shower in the whirlpool bath had no rail to hold onto and I had recently broke my wrist so couldn’t risk climbing into bath without support. Great hotel, I had a very good stay here

I stayed at the International Inn during my trip to Liverpool. The location is really good close to the city centre and easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and decent for the price. It can get a bit noisy at times, but overall it’s great value for money. Would stay again.

It was actually fairly decent! Weird layout, being that I have a small downstairs room with only the fridge and coffee set there, alongside the actual bedroom being upstairs with a double bed, TV and solid Wi-Fi speed.

Actually the hotel is faraway from Liverppol Town, is suitable for driving guest Actually and if you wanted quiet environment. Anyway, they're willing to assist you on your request by writing a memo to them.

Trivelles Seaforth Hotel located off Stanley Road (Liverpool opposite Home Bargains). Literally 2 minutes walk from Lime St Station and less than 10 from the O2 Academy. Comfy beds and exactly what we needed for an overnight stay to see a gig. It’s not particularly romantic or luxurious, but the price reflects that.

This is a small family run business but would appear to be in line with some of the bigger chains of hotels. First impressions were it was very clean and tidy. Beautiful building and gorgeous bedrooms very well decorated. Very comfortable bed. Two minutes from a very well known old fashion pub called Peter Kavanagh. 20 mn by walk from the center of town.

Some issues with the room. Some issues with the room. Right above the kitchen and smelling of a fry up first thing. Some pealing wallpaper and curtains hanging down. Also one of the sockets did not work. Heater struggled with the size of the room.

The room was noisy due to its location by the road (car noise), and the cleanliness was so-so. It hardly qualifies as a hotel. There were even people smoking in the room. I would never stay in such a place again. At 1782 for two nights, I would recommend choosing a chain hotel when visiting Liverpool.

a little gem, very nice and modern rooms, it's room only so no breakfast but there's plenty of cafes on the walk into town, Anfield and Goodison are a 10 min walk and the docks area is probably 30mins

I had a really good experience, the apartment was clean but on the top of the bed was dusty which I am allergic to but the staff did the best job at the reception desk, overall best place to stay , I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The hotel service was excellent! They gave chocolate eggs to the kids during check-in. The room was clean. It's very close to the city center, only a 5-6 minute walk to Albert Dock – perfect for watching the sunset! It's also a close 15-20 minute walk to the big shopping mall.
