Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very close to Albert Dock, with the Beatles statue and Titanic Memorial right by the water. There's an M&S and Tesco nearby. Liverpool city center isn't very big, so it's entirely walkable.

great and an even more spacious room. the shampoo and body wash ran out and the staff brought extra to us promptly. great service!

The facilities are a bit old, but the location is great. It's right next to the subway and bus stations, and only a five to ten-minute walk to the shopping mall. There's also a small supermarket about a two-minute walk away. Overall, it's pretty good.

Good - Front desk were polite and helpful and helped us restock on tea and toilet roll

Average - Room was OK, cleanish but a closer look the mattresses and other spots were very unclean. Outside windows haven't been cleaned in a while either.

Bad - The room design had a weird AI pic as wallpaper. No plug in bathtub so shower was only option. The bed was supposed to be king yet it was 2 small mattresses on a king size base. Very uncomfortable trying to sleep when they keep sliding apart. The room we were in (109) was directly above a pub and there's no sound proofing, you can hear Cheryl's bad karaoke version of gimme a man at 2am like you're there in the room with her.

Overall - We didn't pay much so not too fussed but the staff were great but the company needs to clean, repair and make vast improvements to the rooms like getting the right size mattress would be a start.

..Perfect location-great base for exploring!
The hotel is right in the heart of Liverpool city centre-a very short walk to Liverpool ONE, Albert Dock, the Royal Liver Building, museums, pubs, and restaurants.

Double bed was 2 singles pushed together not ideal, hotel room carpet was covered in stains the room really needs an uplift

The hotel location was perfect, as it is located next to James street station. And the room was clean. I would definitely recommend for a friend.

Location is amazing. Easily reached by public transport or reasonable parking nearby. Right in the heart of liverpool close to amazing restaurants and nightlife. The room was spacious, modern and clean with a great viewof historic and modern architecture. The best part of it was the staff. Cpuldn't do enough to help and make us feel welcome. Great experience at an incredible price!

The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is larger than what you usually find in hotels. The bed is a bit soft. They provide everything you'd expect: towels, a kettle, a hairdryer, and an iron. You'll need to bring your own toiletries. Luggage storage is available after check-out.

Travelled up from London for the weekend. Was rammed into the restaurant, could hear every body around me's conversation around me as we were so close to one another. Left the restaurant with a terrible gut ached and was ill for 2 days from the Prawn & Monk Fish. Don't other, stick with Prezzo.

Found this one in Liverpool not had good has Manchester. Staff stiff unfriendly. If your face fits they will take your coat otherwise u have to sit on it. Staff stood talking and staring making u feel uncomfortable Waited a while for our drinks. Food very nice but not my cup of tea and will not return. Roll on Manchester all the way
