Good location, easy to access most of the sightseeing from the hotel. The breakfast is good but don’t expect too much, if more choices for hot plates would be better. But the staffs at the breakfast time were nice and friendly. No electric kettle in the room, we had to ask for it and it looked very old and dirty.

Newly renovated hotel and good decor but, no cold and hot water during our stay for almost two days time. On the first day we found that there was no water in the room, we reported to the staff, but they didn’t do anything after 3hrs time. Finally we changed our room and got a late shower. However, on the next day, there was no water again from the afternoon cause they were fixing the problems. And when we took shower after the London firework count down, the hot water ran out while we were showering and my husband needed to use the shared bathroom to take shower. What’s a nightmare in the New Year!

Overall this is a nice hotel, friendly staffs, but regular building maintenance needs to be enforced.

Staff are lovely and very helpful.
Everywhere is very clean. It’s in a great location for tourists with theatres, restaurants and tube stops within easy walking distance.

My review is based on this hotel being 2.5 *
I checked lots of reviews for hotels in this area - we wanted to be able to walk to the Shaftesbury theatre and Hudson House restaurant and this hotel ticked the boxes :)
I was aware of the 4 floors & no lifts - so it wouldn’t be suitable for some ppl. (we were in Room 12 top floor -there’s 32 rooms)
Check-in was easy and swift with a friendly receptionist. Breakfast room is on basement level which has windows and is clean and light. With tea/coffee & orange juice - choice of cereals then English of egg, bacon, sausage, hash brown & b.beans with toast & jams Table served 7am-9am (we stayed 1 weekday night)
Lovely to have a tasty breakfast in with the nightly rate. There’s also a free drinks machine in the lounge for
tea, coffee, chocolate & Bovril.
Our room appeared newly renovated (I meant to ask if all the rooms had)
Sparsely furnished but clean/fresh. Just a large bed with white crisp linen (also a single bed) - open shelved cupboard with hangers-hairdryer - bedside tables and a shelf & chair, that could be used as a dressing table, if a mirror was fixed on the wall. En-suite was immaculate, again newly renovated with good hot shower. We slept well and it was very quiet.
The staff are friendly & helpful and even lent us an umbrella :)
Would definitely use this hotel again.

The room was very clean, beds abit hard but satisfied a purpose. Breakfast was good but having menu's would have been better.
Great location

The included Full English Breakfast was fantastic. My room was very small but still sufficient, and with everything I needed. I found all the staff very extremely friendly. While it was nothing spectacular and I did find a ladybug on my pillow, it was overall a good stay.

Great place if you just want a room. Small room and property was quite clean and everything worked. The check-in process was super easy and staff was very friendly. I got exactly what I paid for in a great neighborhood close to the train station, university, British Museum and a ton of shopping and restaurants. The room I got was great for a short stay. Would definitely look at larger room sizes if you were going to be in town more than two days.

Excellent hitel, highly recommended. As someone who regulalrly stays in hotels in the Euston/Kings Cross area, I think this is the best value hotel around. Friendly sraff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast.

B&B located at a quiet lane close to Tottenham court road and Euston stations. Direct connection via Elisabeth line from/to Heathrow airport. Breakfast is “The English” as expected.

The staff were very helpful and the room was clean. The hotel is in a good location for Euston and central London. The hotel could do with refurbishment as it does look tired and old fashioned, but other than that it was fine for what we needed.

The bar looks stunning and the service is amazing. Great selection of cocktails. Daniella the waitress was extremely friendly and helpful giving us the best advices choosing the cocktails. We had a lovely night celebrating my birthday. Definitely coming back.

The restaurant has a nice, if slightly unusual (quite dark!) ambience. The food and service are good, but the menu is expensive. Portion sizes are good and filling. Good drinks menu.

Had a lovely time..the atmosphere was lovely and staff very friendly and gave great service. Food was also amazing. Could barely finish my mains (duck) because the prawn toast starters were so filling. Then went downstairs to the bar which was fun and not too packed on a Friday night. Would definately visit again.

What can I say. Food here is absolutely amazing! Great location, amazing decor and friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable. It also has a fantastic bar down stairs which made some of the best cocktails I've ever had. Great for couples, families and large groups.

The food was very nice and the price for two ... reasonable with a bottle of water mind you, water was 4.95. But I guess you can ask for tap water which I believe to be free.

Having looked at the pictures before going. It was the boutique decor that sold it to me, I like to dine in places that look nice as well as good reviews on food.

The decor upstairs was nice.
Downstairs at the bar was also nice but didn't live up to my expectations.
Was very nice but stools could do with renewal or repair on some as they were slightly damaged.
Booths were a lovely touch and luckily I managed to get one.
Red carpet on stairs could do with being replaced.

Bar staff were lovely and accompanying.
Cocktails were very nice and worth the money. Made by bar staff who know what they are doing.

Overall food and drink was very good and one again reasonably priced.
The place is not pretentious at all.
Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of minor amendments mentioned.
I definitely will be back to revisit with friends, hopefully over the weekend!
