The room was clean and had everything you needed. It was indeed not very big, as I expected; basically, only big enough to unfold a large suitcase. The location is very convenient, about a 6-minute walk from Victoria train station and the subway, making it easy to get to the airport or explore the city.

I like almost everything. Neat, cosy, and compact for a solo traveller. The only minor issue was the time it took for hot water to come to my room on the first floor. I highly recommend.

Charming hotel with character and in a great central location. About 10 mins walk from Victoria train and coach stations. Friendly staff at reception. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the whole hotel and my room. I was expecting my room to be quite old-fashioned, but far from it.
A heads up to people who like their quiet though. The walls and floors are thin. You can literally hear a conversation from next door quite clearly. Also you can pretty much hear anyone in the room above. Doors slam outside quite loudly and, although there is a "Shhhh" sign you can hang on your door if you want guests around you to be quieter, it all really depends if the guests are considerate or not (mine weren't!).
Also my bed was a tad too soft. I prefer a firmer mattress. But I can't complain as I was comfortable and slept reasonably well.
As a solo female traveller, I also felt safe. Would definitely consider it for future trips if ever I need to be near Victoria again.

This room is the best Harry Potter-themed room I've ever seen. The interior decoration is very thoughtful and the children love it. The hotel front desk also gave us some beautiful magic drinks, which tasted good. What's surprising is that the breakfast is also a magic breakfast, which is very interesting.

I think it's great for Harry Potter fans.
The exterior and lobby are ordinary, but the room itself has a nice atmosphere and may be good for fans of the world of Harry Potter.
The room we booked had a small toilet and jacuzzi, so you should keep that in mind. Also, as the hotel description says, it can be difficult to carry food in if you're on the basement or second floor.
Breakfast was a buffet style, with the option to order items from the menu.
Everything was included in the breakfast rate, so even if you can't eat it on some days, it might not hurt to add it.
The staff were all very nice.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk from Victoria Station. Airport access is also straightforward, with a coach journey taking only 50 minutes. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded my room, which was a very kind gesture.

Some of the people in the company was satisfied with the food, But i wasn’t. I got a dry boring chicken with an uncooked weird pasta, some warm veggies (not accordingly to the meny however) which was nice, But overall Absolutely dreadful plate. The service was just below ok But Nothing i would Remember, would NOT recommend this place

I love subway. I will defiantly be back into subway. But no way will I visit this one again. Dirty floor, tables and in all honesty some of the rudest staff I have ever come across. When I found a part clean table I was asked to move to a manky one half way through my terribly prepared sub. Without a please or thank you. He just said you need to move to that one. Totally shocked with these standards. I have the loyalty card and always leave good reviews but this one is terrible. They also had no stock and when I wasn't given my receipt, I asked for it when I realised I didn't have one and was told "what you asking now for" WTF subway.

Called in around 10:30am on Sunday 20th October 2013. Quiet, but still very very slow service for 2 staff. Constant queue even at that time of day for no reason. The Supervisor had to tell the assistant a number of times to do his job properly while we dined there. Order was cold by the time we got to eat even though it had gone into the toaster during the ordering process. Tables filled with uncollected rubbish. Will never go there again.

Waited an hour and a half for pizza, NO ANSWER on the phones, but still charged. Didnt arrive to business address

Ordered online; after 30 mins the pizza was still being 'prepared', according to the Pizza Tracker. Staff said there was an IT fault and then lied and said it was being delivered. Over an hour later the order had still not been delivered. Staff continued to lie about where the pizza was and blame the IT fault. Customer Service absolutely pathetic and very rude. Not good enough Dominos. Utterly appalling service. I will NEVER eat from here again. If i could give it zero stars i would.

Absolutely disgraceful! I had forgotten tp add my room number however i had included my international phone number. The driver apparently cannot call intentional numbers (and that company is quoted on the NYSE). They didn't call me despite my receptionist offered to call me using his cellphone. Summary of it all... I died famished! So long suckers!

I ordered a pizza at 22:22, I called back an hour later to see where it was and I was hung up on. Called back again to be told my order had been cancelled. I had no missed call and my doorbell never rang. I order with this Dominos all the time and I mostly have problems. Dips I pay for are usually forgotten, drivers rarely have the right change, and they are rude when answering the phone to inquiries. I love Dominos and wish I could order from a different branch. Very poor service!
