We have stayed here before, as an ideal spot to meet with friends for an overnight visit to London. The hotel room is always clean and the staff are very welcoming & polite. A delicious breakfast on our departure day is an added bonus.

Everything was great: the neighborhood is a gem, it is central and yet very quite. Our room had a very nice view on the street, we had water, tea, coffee and biscuits. As we stayed in January it was a bit cool inside but it was very cosy under the blanket. We could hear our upstairs neighbors in the evening but at night it was quite. Breakfast was very nice with a choice of few but well home prepared dishes. Shout out to the staff, who were attentive and friendly.
Would want to come here again!

Room was very clean, breakfast was good, coffee was also really good. The lady who cooked breakfast was a very nice & friendly. She smiled the whole time while talking to us. The owner was there & she was really nice as well. Also staff & everyone was so nice & friendly. The location is great. It's about 10 mins walk to Apollo Theatre, Victoria station, pubs & restaurants. I'm very pleased to stay at this hotel & will be back again. Thank you

The room was clean and charming, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was ideal, right next to Victoria Station.

Perfect location, clean room and large clean bathroom.
We enjoyed having an elevator and the breakfast was delicious that was included in the price of the room.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel was conveniently located as we walked around. The room was very clean and comfortable!

Wonderful hotel and really friendly staff. Fantastic location, very close to Victoria station, so was easy to travel around London. Lot of beautiful locations just a short walk away. The room was very clean and had enough natural light. The room size was the only downside, I had the smallest room; when they mention a single room, they really mean it.

The breakfast was amazing, and we had such a lovely time during our stay.

Lovely independent owners take a personal interest in the property, breakfast service, safety. The lift in the building is much larger than most in UK. The walls are THIN due to the age of the building. Bring ear plugs. No refrigerator was inconvenient. Bed was EXCELLENT. Room was very SMALL. Thank you Nick for a lovely accommodation

Lovely family run hotel.
Lovely family run hotel, the room was smallish, but comfortable, in a great location 10 minutes walk from Victoria train and tube station, 15 minutes walk from Buckingham Palace, the Hotel is situated in a quiet clean and sage location. The breakfasts are excellent value, very tasty and well presented. If we are ever back in London we will look to the Windermere for our stay.
