Thank you to your reception team, night manager, bar staff, restaurant manager in the morning and hotel manager, each of you made this stay... exceptional.
She absolutely loved the room and kept saying she felt like a real-life royal princess.
Seeing her so happy made the stay even more special for me.
The hotel has the most stunning 60’s vintage vibe, truly unique.
My daughter had never seen a room like that before and honestly, neither had I.
It felt like stepping into another era, full of character and charm.
The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff were genuinely some of the best I’ve ever encountered..warm, attentive, and so welcoming.
This stay created such lovely memories for us, and I will definitely be staying here again.
Highly recommend for anyone who loves character, history, and exceptional service.
Very gloomy and outdated.
It urgently needs an upgrade to the bathroom facilities. Mixing hot and cold water is almost impossible; you cannot even brush your teeth comfortably because the water is either extremely hot or extremely cold. There is no proper way to mix the two, except by using a cup, as if you had gone back to the 16th century.
The room lighting is very poorly designed, and the bathroom mirror is also inadequate.

The bar is nice with a good selection of beers and nice atmosphere. I might try again and go for the shepherds pie or fish pie.
The food choices are also good but can't say I've tried much past the burgers.
While this place is situated in a lovely little mews area on a Friday do not expect to find any seating whatsoever. It'll be packed to the rafters.
