Great location. Excellent service. The reception area smelled delicious. We were moved here due to the closure of our sister hotel, the Grafton. I loved exploring this part of town with so many shops, cafes, and restaurants right on the doorstep.

This is our second stay at the hotel, and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent; the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay the best it could be. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned, which was essential as we stayed during a heat wave! The hotel's location is fantastic, within walking distance of most attractions. We will definitely be back later this year. Thanks to the manager and all your staff, you did a great job.

A wonderful, beautiful hotel with excellent staff and fantastic customer service. The location is near perfect, although you can hear some noise, especially on busy weekends given the location. The rooms are clean and average in size. The best part is that you can step outside the hotel and be surrounded by entertainment venues and restaurants, as well as some amazing places to eat. Verdict: happy with the hotel, location, and customer service.

Staff was lovely, helpful. Wonderful location, rooms impeccable, This is the place to stay. I cant wait to return. This hotel checks every box, most importantly the staff. Thank you to Edward and the crew.

First time to London and had this hotel recommended to me by a friend who had stayed there. Location was amazing… so many cute shops, restaurants and theaters all within walking distance. It was easy to get to all the tourist attractions via the local buses and tube stations.
Hotel room was comfortable and clean and the staff was lovely. Pratik and George in particular were so friendly and helpful.
The premium room was worth it for the extra space, especially for a week long stay. There is a lot of foot traffic outside but it was quiet at a reasonable hour but if you’re early to bed or sensitive to outside noise, maybe request a higher floor.
Would definitely stay here again. Excellent experience!

What a fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu! Everything was absolutely spectacular from the smooth check-in process and excellent hotel facilities to the delicious breakfast. A special mention to Edward Parkes the Head of Concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Truly outstanding service all around!

Nice food, great quality. The only issue I could find was that it was too loud to talk at the table which was bigger (more roomy) that the usual table size in central London. But this together with the noise made conversation impossible. Otherwise all was good. The service was good and staff was attentive..4 stars.

Really disappointing experience. Had been led to believe this was an excellent restaurant but the food was overpriced and very average indeed (£21 for a lobster salad starter with about four pieces of lobster? Fish main course that would have been better quality ordered through Ocado). The service was really slow. Our main courses arrived without sides. They gave up in the end on trying to get the latter to us. For a restaurant in such a decent location with such a reputation, this was a poor show. Choose anywhere else in Soho.

My favourite restaurant in Soho. Unique atmosphere, extremely attentive and caring staff, French cuisine coupled with superb martinis and a newly opened gin bar make up a one-of-a-kind experience. I've been coming here for over two years now and I'm still looking forward to every single visit.
