However, the hotel is designed like a maze. If you are unlucky and have rooms away from the lift, you may need to walk for about 3-5 mins. For location, I fully recommend. But for the price, I think you can find somewhere else smaller so you don't have to walk 3-5 mins to your room.
I arrived at the hotel at 8 PM on the day of check-in. They told me the twin room I booked wasn't available and I'd have to get an extra bed in a single room. I got angry and refused, insisting on a room change or a refund. When I called Trip.com, the hotel suddenly found a room for me. The service attitude was truly awful.
The room ceiling was incredibly low, just slightly higher than the door frame.
The price was also ridiculously expensive; 5400 for two nights was truly terrible.
I have no idea how this hotel got such a high rating. I wonder how long this post will last. I've already taken screenshots.
Is really close to the train station and is walk distance from regent’s park and Hyde park!
