We had a truly exceptional stay. From the moment we arrived, your doormen and reception team were welcoming and remarkably helpful. The restaurant is outstanding; we found the service at both dinner and breakfast to be exemplary. There is a rare, seamless balance of warmth and professionalism throughout the property that complements the world-class decor. It is evident that your reputation for excellence is well-earned and meticulously maintained. We also particularly admired the stunning display of fresh pink roses in the lobby—a beautiful touch. Congratulations to the entire team.

An overnight stay for Valentines.

From the moment of arrival, the service was flawless: warm, attentive, and effortlessly elegant without ever feeling formal or forced. Every detail reflects the heritage and precision you would expect from such an iconic establishment.

The highlight of the stay was the magnificent evening dinner dance. Dining beneath the glittering chandeliers while a live band played romantic Jazz classics created an atmosphere that felt timeless. Classic London glamour at its absolute best. The elegance, setting, and the impeccable service combined to make the evening genuinely unforgettable.

Dinner itself was fabulous, The two-Michelin-starred Ritz Restaurant, led by Executive Chef John Williams MBE, delivers cuisine of remarkable refinement. Each course was beautifully presented and perfectly balanced, showcasing exceptional technique alongside classic French culinary tradition.

The Ritz is not simply a hotel stay; it's an amazing experience.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was well maintained, and the service throughout was exceptional. I celebrated my 40th birthday during my visit and was delighted to receive a complimentary cake, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were consistently attentive and welcoming. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, making for a great start to the day.

I visited The Ritz London during the Christmas period and attended Afternoon Tea. Although I did not stay overnight and cannot comment on the rooms, the experience was truly unforgettable.

The architecture and interior design are absolutely breathtaking. From the moment you step inside, you are surrounded by opulent details, grand proportions and beautifully preserved décor that reflect the hotel’s extraordinary heritage. Every room feels like a piece of living history.

The Christmas decorations elevated the entire atmosphere — elegant, festive and perfectly in harmony with the building’s classical style. During Afternoon Tea, the setting felt magical, refined and timeless. I genuinely felt like stepping into another world, with an almost fairy-tale quality to the experience.

The service was impeccable: polished, attentive and gracious, making the entire visit feel special and memorable.

While I cannot comment on the rooms, the architecture, décor and overall atmosphere alone fully justify The Ritz’s legendary reputation. A truly exceptional place.

I visited the Ritz Bar in London with a friend after work, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is truly timeless and elegant, with a refined yet relaxed feel that makes you instantly comfortable. The cocktails were beautifully crafted, expertly balanced, and presented with great attention to detail.
The service was impeccable—professional, warm, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The staff were knowledgeable and happy to make recommendations, which added to the overall experience. It’s a perfect place for a special evening or a sophisticated drink in the heart of London. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it.

A magnificent stay at the Ritz! The staff were so pleasant and attentive. The breakfast room was incredibly beautiful. The food was fantastic! I especially want to commend Jude.
