Convenient location in Victoria. Close to coach and underground. Close to shops and places to eat.
Friendly reception staff.
Lifts had secure access. You had to use your key card to get further than the reception area which is good. Spare keys offered if travelling if your party is greater than 1 person.
Generous size room. Very clean. Modern convenience with power pads for lighting and heating/air-con on both sides of the bed and wall-mounted inside the door.
The shower was hot and had great pressure. The bathroom extraction was also good. Flannels and towels provided. Soap, lotion, hair shampoo and conditioner provided - note strong fragrance.
Bottles of still water were in the room in standard in addition to the usual tea/coffee options.
Kettle, iron, ironing board and hair dryer also provided.
We had a positive experience and would stay here again.

For this price, finding a hotel with such a great location in London is excellent value for money. Plus, the room size is decent, quite large for London standards, and the restaurant and lobby are well-appointed. Highly recommend!

I loved the safety security this Hotel provides, it’s just quiet and spacious. This will be my permanent stay when I visit London.

Location is really just perfect, close to Victoria station so you can explore the whole city.
Room was big, and comfy even though not fully soundproof, and lacking a mini fridge as well as some commodities they were empty and not refilled.

This was a very satisfying stay. First off, the lovely young lady at the front desk during check-in was incredibly warm and friendly, and very patient with guests like us who don't speak English. Check-in was smooth, and because we participated in their eco-friendly program, we received a voucher for the lobby bar. The hotel's fragrance was wonderful and instantly soothed days of fatigue.

Then, the concierge gentleman at check-out was absolutely fantastic! Despite my efforts with gestures and broken words, he helped me find an empty cardboard box for some last-minute purchases. It was incredibly helpful and patient of him.

The hotel's location is excellent; getting around was so convenient. Buckingham Palace and other attractions are within walking distance, and it's a hub for various tube and bus lines. I read comments about many homeless people in the area, and indeed I saw a few, but they didn't seem malicious. There were no issues with going out during the day. If it weren't for the language barrier, I would have loved to buy them some food; London is quite cold now, and they looked truly pitiful.

One friendly suggestion for the hotel: the doors are very heavy, and closing them makes a loud noise, which can disturb guests. On my first day, I was woken up by a child running, jumping, and closing a door next door. It would be great if the doors could be improved.

My sincere thanks again to that concierge gentleman. I didn't catch his name, so please, hotel, if you see this, pass on my gratitude.

This is an established four-star hotel near Victoria Station. The location is super convenient, within walking distance of the station, making it easy to get around the city or catch the Gatwick Express.

The facilities are a bit old, showing the hotel's age, and the carpets definitely bear the marks of time. However, it's very well-equipped with a bar, restaurant, and banquet hall. The hallways are also adorned with photos of famous guests, though we didn't recognize any of them, haha.

The breakfast was good! Besides the traditional full English breakfast, there was also a salad bar with fresh vegetables! It's not easy to find green leafy vegetables in the UK.

The front desk staff were very friendly and even told us about a huge, expensive embassy nearby that was worth visiting.

The hotel location is excellent, very close to the station yet surprisingly quiet. The surrounding area is well-equipped with many supermarkets and restaurants. All the hotel staff were very enthusiastic. However, the eco-friendly policy at check-in felt a bit rigid. We stayed for 6 days, and housekeeping was scheduled every 3 days, meaning our room was only cleaned once during our entire stay. While we could get fresh towels from the front desk, this policy is still a bit hard to accept compared to other hotels' environmental initiatives.

Conveniently located with a quiet and safe environment, plus the rooms are quite spacious. If you opt out of housekeeping, you get lunch and dinner vouchers, and the Italian restaurant downstairs has good food. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and the two English breakfast spots across the street are delicious. There's also a supermarket within walking distance.

The room was quite spacious and had a kettle, but there was no toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers. I'm not sure if bottled water was supposed to be provided, as we only received two bottles during our entire stay. However, the breakfast was good with a wide variety of options.

We booked a one-bedroom apartment. The reservation stated it was for four people and included four breakfasts. There was a partition in the middle, and the sofa bed could sleep two, with the main bed sleeping two more. It didn't feel cramped at all. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were very quick, and the location was super convenient. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from the train station, and there are all sorts of shops right outside.

Very good salmon and friendley staff. If they had been a lilltle more flexible for my modest request i would have put on one more star.

We Ubered over here and were treated to fantastic, fresh fish & chips. Do visit if possible. Will return on my next visit to London.

Service was okay. Nothing to brag about. The sausage was delicious as well as fish. Ketchup tastes watered down and sweet. Very odd. Felt uncomfortable to stay and eat. If we ate here again I would get it to go.

Best fish and chips in London it says on board outside the restaurant. I know others that are slightly better but I love Seafresh. It's a smart fish restaurant with lots of choice of very fresh fish. On the handful of occasions that I have dined here the service has always been excellent. Staff visit table several times to see if everything is alright. I tend to just have a leisurely main course and staff never make you feel like they need table. Prices are reasonable and the restaurant is popular with groups.

Some of the people in the company was satisfied with the food, But i wasn’t. I got a dry boring chicken with an uncooked weird pasta, some warm veggies (not accordingly to the meny however) which was nice, But overall Absolutely dreadful plate. The service was just below ok But Nothing i would Remember, would NOT recommend this place
